I bought 12-piece original recipe recently from here. It was extremely salty. On another occasion, the chicken pieces were drenched in oil. Hope the management will take care of this

This location is warm and welcoming. Manager and employees have exemplary customer service skills. the food is made on the spot and served hot and fresh. the location is very well kept even for towards the end of the night. David, the general manager is really thorough and precise. you can tell that his staff has great respect for him. i could definitely see him managing a full district.

I hate leaving average reviews, but today it is deserved by KFC in Lynbrook. It is hardly a fast food or a good service if you have to wait 15 minutes for chicken nuggets, then come back for missing sauce and don't even get a hint of an apology.
