They were rude asl and said because the line was long that they couldnt fix our order. Overcharged us for no reason and asked what did we order when it was clearly on the screen and we were showing recepit. Woman at window laughed and was smiling when we were making a fuss. Man taking our order had to be told many times what we wanted. Horrible service.

The service has always been horrible here. The amount of times they've forgotten the order, did it wrong, or flat out just didn't give me part of what I paid for is insane. There are plenty of better places around this specific McDonald's that you should go to instead. The workers are also rude and angry, they roll there eyes at you when you ask for extra sauce, they are rude over the drive through speaker and incoherently mumble. The place itself, isn't that dirty which is why I give it 1 star for being bearable. It is fast food, it's obviously not gonna be good, but the fact it's so horrible that I actually have nothing good to say is beyond sad lmao

This has got to be the best McDonalds I've been to! What did I love? The self ordering kiosk was easy to use. The staff was friendly and helpful. My food was delivered to my table piping hot and with a smile. I kept seeing staff sweeping the floor and cleaning or running outside to deliver items to waiting drive thru customers. The ladies room was clean. I thought it was all pretty good!!!

I was cursed out for asking for more sauce , the fries were cold and I requested a refund and they refused and they threatened to call the police , never coming back to this Mcdonalds & the manager and drive thru lady are the most rude people I’ve ever met.

Doesn’t matter what you order, you will have to go wait on the other side for them to bring it out to you. Every single time they park you! Then despite waiting 10 or so minutes the fries are never hot.
