We got the miso ramen (8/10), tan tan ramen (8.5/10), katsucurry (9/10) and then originally the chashu don (-/10) however the waiter did not tell us that they did Not have anymore mushrooms and served the dish anyway without mushrooms. Upon realizing that it did not have mushrooms, we inquired about it and sent it back asking for the kastsudon instead. After this interaction, we felt slight tension and attitude from both waiters that served us. It was not our fault that we had to send the food back because it was lacking a crucial ingredient in that bowl. Considering the fact that the bowl is just pork, egg, mushrooms and rice, the mushrooms are a crucial ingredient. Even so we’ve been here before and the food is still great. Would come back again. 🙂

Terrible customer service from the minute we stepped in. The waitress was rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. My husband and I ordered a Chicken Thai Fried Rice to share and they refused to give us an additional plate to share the rice. They offered us a coffee mug plate. This is ridiculous in a restaurant. If you decide to come to this place ask for plate and see what they give you.

Ordered take out after the movies as they were closing. The food survived the ride home and was still warm and delicious. Not salty or oily yet well seasoned. We had the pineapple fried rice with shrimp, the curry veggie dumplings in an amazing sauce that I drizzled over the rice and the miso noodle soup with chicken and one vegan. Both were very good so we will definitely be back for a sit down dine in experience. The waitress was very pleasant and helped to guide us for this our first visit. Overall 5 star experience all the way around. Cheers 🥂

Ni Ramen in Lynbrook is a hidden gem! The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was delicious. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve come here enough times in the past that they offered me a punch card - however, to tell me that I can’t sit at a booth because the waiter only wants to work on one side (when the booth is closer to the kitchen) is a terrible way to lose a return customer. From the other reviews - seems this restaurant is sliding downhill fast.

We are in this resto named Ni Ramen in Lynbrook and we have a great time. The food was really excellent, the ramen soup taste really good and my family loved it. My mom was impressed with the
Japanese chicken fried rice, the right flavors and the quality of rice and how they cooked it was perfect. The seaweed salad was a hit. And lastly the mango crepe cake is buzzing plus the vanilla mochi is so soft, tasty, creamy and yummy. It was a sumptuous meal. The staff were friendly and always
A smile on their face.

When we walked in they sat us in a table smack in the middle of everyone, there was 2 corner end tables that was available I was waiting for the waitress to come back to ask to be moved to one of these because sitting in the middle is very uncomfortable, the table is so small too. She sat 2 ladies at one corner table and when I asked to be moved she said she can’t seat us at the other table because it’s for 3-4 people
I told her you sat 2 guests at the other table she said there was no where else for them to sit
Ramen was good but not going back

I ordered the spicy miso Ramen it was already almost $18 on the menu. When I asked to remove the mushrooms and add ginger instead the server was extremely un accommodating. She insisted on charging me an extra $2 for this. She explained to me that they do not accommodate the customer without an additional fee. Please do not go here it’s over priced and they have zero customer service.
