Purchased 10 pretzels and mini cheesesteak cup. Pretzels were hard and stale. Mini cheesesteak dry with hardly anything in them. None of the above items were fresh. Waste of $17 dollars.

Got cinnamon sugar and a hotdog pretzel and it was DELICIOUS. so soft and buttery! The place smells heavenly when you walk in. They also can make custom pretzel shapes for events and celebrations which is so creative and cute!

ordered 50 individually wrapped pretzels for an early pick up. Didn't realize we only got 20. Called and spoke to a very pleasant person I think he name was Mike. The order write up look like 20 not 50. He apologized and said he would cook and deliver them as soon as possible. Within 30 min. they were delivered and he apologized again.
