Ambiance was great. Slightly too dark to read menus. But overall great service and great drinks.
Fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. My favorite dish is the lambchops. I order them all the time. Everything was perfect.
The atmosphere was (as always) very good. Music and lighting on point. However, some of the food left something to be desired.
Had such a great experience! Everyone was kind and welcoming Our waiter was awesome. Happy hr was delicious and so were the drinks!! We had appetizers and we ordered a main course . The overall experience was a good time! Will return
Words can’t express how grateful I am to Bryan and the team at Prime 39! The professionalism and service we received last night were truly top-notch. Kalisha was absolutely amazing and made everything flow so smoothly.
My husband had the opportunity to enjoy himself immensely, and Prime 39 provided the perfect environment for us to love on him and celebrate his 50th birthday. Everything from the atmosphere to the attention to detail made the evening unforgettable.
Thank you once again, Bryan and staff — we can’t wait until next time. We’ll definitely continue to patronize Prime 39 and recommend it to others!
Very disappointed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you want to throw your money away on disgusting food then go to Prime 39 Lynbrook. Our waiter Jonathan was outstanding. Too bad I can't say the same for the food. Husband and I ordered the fried calamari for starters. It's frozen and comes drenched in sweet Thai chili sauce. It was so sweet had to ask waiter to return and re-cook without the sauce. Crab cakes tasted frozen and hardly no crab meat but full of fillers. Husband ordered over cooked dry Bronzini fish that was hard and baked in some kind of Ragu red sauce. I ordered pork chop that was dry and Dollar Tree boxed garlic mashed potatoes with raw string beans. The only decent thing was the wine. Then I said let me try their bread pudding to go. What a big joke. Threw it in the garbage. It's the size of yr fist and taste like dry raisin cinnamon raisin bread. Not the kind of bread pudding I'm used to. Prime 39 has a lot of nerve to charge these outrageous prices for bad tasting frozen food. We wanted to support the business and tell friends but we will never return to this restaurant. Again, if you like throwing yr hard earned money away on garbage food then to to this restaurant. I'm surprised their still in business.
Overall experience was amazing Daniel the manager made sure my girl friend and I are well taken care of. Drinks are tasty and strong and the NY strip was Stripping “Ohyeah “
Great music, atmosphere, and the Steak (NY Steak Strip) was sooo good. Cooked to perfection! Drinks are strong and the staff are friendly and attentive. Thanks Jonathan, Naquan and Daniel! Sorry no pics of it but the Coco margarita and mussels are there🫶🏽
Let me say…… judging from their website I was expecting a more upscale restaurant which it was not. Even though I had a reservation they sat me at a small table with high chairs used for those who enjoy the bar more. There was no dress code enforced at all so people were wearing baseball caps and slides. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING on one of the hottest days of the year! Even if the food was superb which was actually mediocre the heat took away from that and I couldn’t enjoy my food at all! The rib eye steak although cooked well tasted like they just threw a whole bunch of peppercorn on it. The small table made it harder to accommodate all of our plates. The Lychee Martini was actually on point which is why it gets 1 star! Huge Disappointment!! Over priced for no reason. Won’t be going there again. Do Better!!
Our favorite place to eat/drink! Staff is amazing. Treat us like family. Shout out to Theodora, Kalisha, Javon and Juan who all went out of their way to welcome us and add a few special touches to our order.

I only had appetizers and drinks but I was very impressed. The food was delicious, the drinks were good and packed a punch. Unfortunately I forgot our waiters name but she was phenomenal. Great place for a date night, or just hanging out with friends.
I would like say thank you Tyrone , Daniel , Tyler for an amazing night at prime39 . The service , food and vibe was A+ , and i recommend this place 100%. If you have any issues Daniel got you :) !
I loved the place, it was easy to get to, the atmosphere was amazing, The food was very good, the service was amazing, especially since the place was full....I would definitely go again....
Overall good experience. I've dined at this location multiple times and the location on the mile. Nice ambiance in terms of decor. Server was very personable and friendly. However, our food took entirely too long to come out. The side dishes of the regular mac and cheese and the lobster mac and cheese were excellent though overpriced. The pork chops glaze was a little too sweet but they were good. The Caribbean lollipop lamb chops needed to be better seasoned. Very harsh taste, couldn't enjoy the taste of the lamb. Lastly, when making the reservation, it should be clearly stated that seating might be inclusive of a high top table, planned to bring my elders, but they canceled at the last minute. They would not have been able to sit on a high bar style chair for dinner. Customer shouldn't have to specify the seating choice. It should be made obvious when reserving that you may not be seated at an actual table which is the expectation especially when dining out. Especially important on a dining out day like Father's Day as some dads are our elders whom we are taking out to dinner. I like supporting this business and will continue to do so though there have been a few hiccups a few times that I've dined there. It's a quality establishment and an overall good dining experience.
Food was outstanding and service was kind. I definitely would recommend the P39 Wings and the crab claws for starters and the cajun shrimp pasta for entree. I had the porkchop but it can be a hit or miss. Noise level was pretty high with music, although music selection was good. Overall, I would recommend.
