The waitress was NOT welcoming or accommodating. The restaurant was not crowded but we were seated at a high table which was not comfortable. Our lamb chops were undercooked and rubbery-we asked for medium well. The tip is included but absolutely not deserved. We will not return!!!

I've been to Prime39 many times, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, the drinks are always crafted perfectly, and the ambiance is everything, cozy, classy, and grown-and-sexy. The music is always on point, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Every person I've brought here has left raving about how great it is. Prime39 is my go-to spot whether I want a nice dinner, a fun night out, or just a place with good vibes and great energy. I absolutely love it here!

Service very friendly and good cocktails. But, overdressed food: fries too salty, Cesar salad had way too much dressing on it, croutons had an odd flavour to them and burger a bit too greasy.

I went to Prime 39 for a Birthday celebration. It was. my first time visiting this establishment. I was satisfied with the overall service from this restaurant/ lounge. The food was amazing !!! The music was also great. I had a great Birthday experience at this spot.

Wanted to try this place for a while. Server was nice, sides were OK. Old Fashioned way too sweet but not terrible. The steak was really bad. I ordered their ribeye medium rare, it came out browned but completely raw inside... they took it back and cooked it some more so I gave it a try and it was dried out and devoid of any taste or flavor. No seasoning at all, not even salt and pepper... i didnt end up eating it. They did the right thing by crediting 50% back on the steak, but the original cost of $68 is not worth it when the steak was that bad, no sides included and no bread on the table to start. Poor value on cost and prob the worst steak i've ever been served, won't be returning.

I loved the music selection , I actually loved seating towards the back and it was the sweetest young man taking pictures -he looks like a young g Chris Brown-my husband bought all 8 pictures he took . And our waiter Jonathan knew exactly how to wait on us ..not too much 🤏🏽 but just enough

First impression walking in was the music was too loud and the lighting too dark. The prices seemed a little high and there was an up charge for premium alcohol. The service was good however, the food was amazing! My party got the BBQ salmon, burger and Cancun shrimp pasta and the crème brûlée cheesecake - delicious!
