My friend recommended it, so I drove a distance of 14 hours (non-continuous of course) from Rochester to try a slice. Worth every minute. Perfect crispiness, great flavor. Super good price. The staff were kind and fun to talk to when we got a conversation started.Parking: Street parking is super cheap. 25¢ for an hour and a half, which is probably longer than it'll take for you to finish your meal. The food is worth the extra 25¢ anyway.
I have ordered take out from this restaurant before, consistently generous portions and very fresh and delicious. I had the pleasure of dining there last night. we anticipated that the weekend before Valentine’s Day would be somewhat crowded, but we were seated right away our waitress being very accommodating and friendly. They had a live band with a nice selection of music. It wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t hear ourselves talk which was nice. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, you can tell that this is a much loved neighborhood establishment. I ordered one of the specials of the night which was Pappardelle pasta with onions, mushrooms, and shrimp with a flavorful brown sauce it was delicious and the shrimp were cooked to perfection! My boyfriend opted for traditional shrimp scampi and spaghetti which was fabulous. Also want to mention that we started out with the calamari which came with a spicy marinara sauce, we also asked for regular sauce and they happily accommodated us. The portions were generous, so generous that we unfortunately didn’t have room for dessert! next time, because we will surely be back. Highly recommend this little Italian place.

Another first time visit and another great restaurant hitting it out of the ball park with food and service. It was very easy access being right on Atlantic Ave. I parked on the main street just past this shop We had a big party in the back room. It's a large shop... through the dining room then past the bar. We definitely took it to the limits with people but our waiter managed to handle the crowd well.We were a large group for a Kiwanis event. After being seated the server staff took all drink and dinner orders. It was good to see how they could get the 50+ orders taken so quickly and all brough out at the same time.Once they started bringing out the food it felt-like a non-stop event.- Little flat bread pizzas and salad- Penne with Marinara Sauce- Chicken dishes- coffeeI like the idea that they had wine on the table.Overall this place is a winner. Great venue, team and food. I am definitely looking forward to a return trip for more.

The food was mediocre. The service was terrible. Complained about the entree. They totally ignored us. Never again. Do not recommend this place.
I ordered Chicken Parm when I tasted it the chicken tasted sour. At first I thought it was because I started eating the pasta first. I drank some seltzer to clear the taste and tried it again it was definitely not good. I tried the second piece of chicken on the dish to see if it tasted the same thinking maybe it's the sauce. The second piece of chicken tasted fine which is a clear sign the first piece was definitely sour. I quietly told a server not to draw attention from other patrons. 15 minutes later the main waiter came over and told me I was wrong and it's the sauce that tastes that way. I told him it's definitely not the sauce as the other chicken tasted fine. He continued to disagree with me then offered me something else. I told him I originally asked for another dish with fresh chicken but due to his rudeness I didn't want anything else for dinner, I would just eat the side pasta that came with it. I did ask for another drink to which he said okay. He never came back. I asked another waiter 20 mins later stating I never received the drink I requested earlier. I also asked for another soda for my husband as his drink was empty for over 30 mins. He never came back. I feel we were treated poorly for letting them know we were given sour chicken. We were never rude or loud. We tried to be discreet and received poor service. Finally after our party of 4 waited another half hour without anyone coming to us to ask if we wanted anything else or the check we decided to as for the check to go elsewhere for coffee and dessert. When they brought the check they took the chicken off the bill but charged $5 for the side dish of pasta. The proper thing would be not to charge at all for it as the main dish was bad and the staff ignored us.

Great place for all food Italian. The bar in the back also provides light entertainment. All the food and apps we tried were amazing, the drinks and bartender were fabulous and the prices were great, especially considering its surrounding competitors. Also a couple of times a week, they have a DJ (and I was told the bartender dresses up and acts like Elvis as part of a routine) definitely returning, especially for that. If you want a quiet meal instead, there is a great dining space in the front.
