This place takes longer than most locations even when they aren’t busy. U went inside because I ordered my drink ahead of time on the mobile app and still waited 15 min for one drink. I get it if they are really busy but they weren’t moving with any sense of urgency.

I am very disappointed today because earlier I came to Starbucks just for one of the employees to be rude and unprofessional. I come here almost everyday since it’s right next to my house. Don’t get me wrong the drinks are amazing but the customer service could be way better. Let’s do better for 2025 please!

Ive been at Valley Stream, NY for over a year and i always go inside and always use my Star Bucks app to pay and always.leave a tip. You would have thought they would use your name when it comes up.
