I am very disappointed today because earlier I came to Starbucks just for one of the employees to be rude and unprofessional. I come here almost everyday since it’s right next to my house. Don’t get me wrong the drinks are amazing but the customer service could be way better. Let’s do better for 2025 please!

Ive been at Valley Stream, NY for over a year and i always go inside and always use my Star Bucks app to pay and always.leave a tip. You would have thought they would use your name when it comes up.

I had the egg, cheddar and sausage sandwich on an English Muffin. It was so delicious. To drink I had an iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. I was a little sad today and this visit made me so happy.
