I should have to pay $12-$13 for a footlong hero with such a minimum amount of actual meat. Also the app says the footlong cookie is out of stock since the 1st week of introduction buy you go there and they actually have it.

The man working here has a long beard corporate should force him to either wear a beard net or shave the last thing someone wants in their food is hair…The guy was also rude, he had his headphones in and on the phone so whenever I told him what I wanted I had to repeat it to him multiple times. He was speaking to both me and whoever was on the other side of his call… very fustrating and rude.

I visit this branch very often. previous stuff was very friendly but recently they changed their stuff at this location. I visited by location today. New stuff Mubi was very rude, he was talking on his phone while he was taking my order. I had to repeat my choices of order multiple times since he was on the phone the whole time. I was told him to put more sauce and he said he can not. when I was able to leave the store he was complaining about me to other stuff Danny. this type of customer service should not be tolerated. management should take action. I will be no longer visit this branch again.

I just paid $13 dollars at this subway for a Turkey sandwich that only had four thin slices of Turkey in it. I just tried to call them to let them know but they don't answer their phone. They don't value their customers they just rip us off. So I'm no longer a customer. Jersey mikes puts over a 1/4 lb of meat on their sandwiches actually worth $13.

So I tried placing an order at this subway location through the subway app and it was the worst decision I ever made. Not only did they not want to make my food and do their job but the lady in that location said she tried calling me and gave me a random # that’s not even mine and not on my profile and said I didn’t answer my phone so she canceled my order. I never got a call or email regarding the issue she had with making my food. Not only was she disrespectful and rude when I called to find out what happened to my order but she simply didn’t want to even help me or even try to make the food she just said no and hung up. And on top of that I never got my money back after she canceled my order aren’t I suppose to get a refund right away? Those were my last $24 and I was suppose to feed my child with that and because of that employee we had to starve. This was a very bad experience I never leave reviews but I had to for this I hope nobody else goes through this same experience.

My wife placed an online order so I can pick up while going back home, as I get to the place I said I’m here for pick up for an online order, they gave me a nasty look and said with an attitude that they kept calling to confirm the order as they get scam orders, first of all the items were already bought and paid for through the app so how is it a scam if we used a card for the order and we never got no phone call so they never made the order don’t go to this location go to another one

I ate here Friday, I don't know if there was something wrong with the refrigerator where the food is kept and prepared. I ordered a sandwitch and was sick the next day. I don't thunk the food was refrigerated properly.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I came in to order a sandwich & the lady threw my sandwich together & did not listen when I said I didn't want something on it. I then preceded to say I I'd not want the sandwich & she started to scrap off of the sandwich which she used a nasty knife. Then I came in again to grab a cookie & she told the other employee there that I wasn't allowed to order anything. Additionally she told me I had to get the " fuck" out of the store. I called corporate & they did nothing. I'll never shop with this company again.
