Food is always fresh. The place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. You have to wait a little bit but that's with all of their locations because the food isn't prepared until ordered so it's fresh.

In case your wondering why I would give Taco Bell 5 stars (it is this particular location). I understand quality and service vary wildly by location, but I have been coming here for about 20 years now with about 5 year gaps in between. I don't eat Taco Bell much, but every time I go to this location in Lynbrook on Merrick Rd., they always have good customer service. Yes, the employee rotation changes throughout the years, but all that served me were great. The food is always good here and the stock of condiments are always full. This restaurant looks clean every time I go. This time I ordered from the self serve kiosk and the employee in his personal conversation with another customer still stopped to ask if I needed help. I ordered a chicken burrito and taco with Frank's hot sauce on it.

I usually get my food for pickup from the mobile app, it's just more convenient since you sometimes have to wait in line to order your food through the kiosk. The prices are great, plenty of food for 7 dollars and less. The wait times are surprisingly short and the workers are kind. There are parking spots surrounding the whole location. The entire place is newly renovated which is awesome, there are plenty of places to sit and eat. My only main complaints are that sometimes (but rarely) some of the food can be a bit meh, there is a foul odor outside which I think is coming from the sewage or trash containers which are beside the drive thru, and at times my mobile order will tell me my food is ready but when I enter it usually isn't (but it's just a minor inconvenience).

It's a 25/30 minute wait minimum every time I'm here. Avoid at all costs! It's not the staff's fault. Cheap owner doesn't have enough employees.
