Tried all the new Taco Bell cantina chicken menu items. I would rate each of them a 8+Thechicken quesadilla 8.8/10 (some bites taste was questionable but covered in the avocado sauce was delicious)Burrito 9.3/10 (if they crisped up the outside with the cheese like the taco and quesadilla for a extra crunch would be gasss)Taco 8.8/10 (the shell hard shell was kind of chewy could’ve used some more chickenSoft taco 8.9/10 (delicious can’t go wrong with a soft shell nothing too different)Avocado verde sauce (packet)10/10 (good equivalent mixture of flavor and spice if not a fan of avocado will still love)Sauce inside each item 10/10 (believe it’s a jalapeño sauce, good level of creaminess and spice that brings all the flavors together in a symphony of taste)

Went to the Lynbrook location at 7am on 3/30/24. All doors were locked and drive thru was closed. When we walked to the door the staff continued to ignore us and walked away from sight. I called and they picked up. I asked if they were open. They said yes and said hold on as though they were going to open the door. They did not open the door and while we stood by the door once again they continued to ignore us. At this point it was 7:20am - 20 minutes after the supposed opening time. I then tried calling once again and they refused to answer the phone again. After a long trip from California and wanting Taco Bell for breakfast instead of any other fast food, we were unfortunately left very disappointed and ignored by your staff. We went to McDonalds instead who were happy to help us! Do better!

they have a lot of young kids working there making the food and a few times I left with a shortage in my order unfortunately. I should’ve checked it before I left but Ive trusted them before and now it’s my third time going and it happened again even coming down to the food preparation with it being very sloppy. They need to step it up a notch and I hope it’s just my bad experience and know one else’s.

Since I am on the road a lot, I use public bathroom facilities quite often. I found your bathroom facility to be top notch. I rate a 10+. I am also pleased to see clear gender use. One for Women/handicap and one for men. Thank you for a positive bathroom experience.
