Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!

I just went in to the store today and I was coming to get some frozen yogurt as I usually do at this location. As soon as I walk through the door, the man at the register starts yelling at me “ I have nothing ready for you, haven’t even started working on it yet” I replied “ excuse me” he said “I thought you was a delivery driver”. I’m disgusted. I love coming to this location and for me to be treated as such is appalling, then I ask “ why did you assume I was a delivery driver” he said “ they usually pull right up in front of the store” after that comment I said nothing thinking the conversation was over. The man then whisper’s under his breath “ cops are giving out tickets” I was shocked! A black man comes into the store and to be profiled and talked to like this is disgusting! As I left the store I said “ you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover”! TCBY Lynbrook you have to do better!
