I visited this place on a Friday afternoon, a little pricey but at least the food is GOOD and the place has a cute setup. The front of the house staff was unprofessional. The person at the register was on their phone the whole time I was ordering and paying at a point I had to beg for his attention to pay for my order. The chef was amazing and very attentive he assisted wayyyyy more than the staff at the register. I would order again because the food was very good but I recommend calling in your order in advance to avoid the front house staff.

This place is awful. The staff here does not know what they are doing. The counter girl makes it appear that she is doing you a favor by serving you and taking an order. They couldn't make something the way needed because of dietary restriction and would give you a substitution without a quote"upcharge of $2." When got to sit down to eat the fries were burnt, the quote Chilli nachos had nothing of what the menu said was on them. And the best was when calling to state the issue they stated that we were bothering them. If I didn't have to give 1 star to put in a review they wouldn't have gotten that one. Returned the food. Disservice calling this a restaurant and the employees qouldnt even last working in the kitchen at Rikers Island. Sorry Rikers. DONT GO AND WASTE MONEY.

DO NOT GO HERE!! this restaurant takes a ridiculously long amount of time to prepare their simplistic food. we only ordered two burgers, a hotdog and fries and they took about 40 minutes to prepare our food. they even forget almost all the ingredients on my burger. it was supposed to have cheese, lettuce, mushrooms, tomato, avocado, and a pretzel bun. it was called the vegan artisan on their menu. they forgot half the ingredients and the bun. and when they were confronted about most of the toppings not being being there we were told they didn’t have them... AFTER THE FACT THAT WE GOT OUR FOOD.

This review is Longggg Overdue. I first went to this restaurant early this year.and the customer service was so good!!! I had a great conversation with the guy at taking my order (I forgot his name). very friendly and inviting staff. Now I order from uber eats and although the food may take some time because everything is made to order. The food is bussing!! its sooo good. Nothing ever disappoints. Its the type of comfort food that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. 10/10 recommend.

Wow! My first time eating at this place last week and I was back for more today. Amazing food; I had the Hawaiian burger with sweet potatoes fries and a side of cheese wiz, my friend had the traditional shrimp cheese steaks. I’m not even the type to finish my meal in one sitting, but i devoured that burger. Definitely coming back again.

I love this place so much !! Me and my girls come in here all the time after a long day. The service is extremely nice definitely a 10/10. The milkshakes are so good especially the chocolate train express Shake. You guys will definitely see me again <3.

We were just craving for lobster roll. I decided to take the family to the Artisan for lunch. It wasn’t crowded during that time, the young lady behind the counter was extremely efficient, the service was very fast. GREAT LOBSTER ROLL!!!

I’ve been to the artisan multiple times and they never disappoint with the chicken and waffles and sweet chili shrimp , i recommend everyone to try this restaurant if you don’t your missing out on really good food.

This is my third time eating at the artisan. I ordered the shrimp cheesesteak, chili nachos and I had their chicken&waffles. It was simply AMAZING. My wife and kids love the Cookie Monster and cream shake with red velvet Oreos. I highly recommend if you haven’t try their food best burger shake spot in Lynbrook.. Hands down.
Be warned that food may not be fresh especially their buns. I had multiple bad experiences with The Artisan, I ordered at 3:30pm through DoorDash and was going to pickup the order. I went to the restaurant at 4:20pm and they let us know that the food wasn’t ready. We waited until 4:50pm for the food. Let it be known that we ordered 7 burgers and I understood that it takes time for that many burgers to be cooked but honestly I think they never made the order until we first got there. To be clear we had ordered 7 different types of burgers with different types of bread and all 7 buns had mold. (See photos attached)When we got home to eat the burgers we were excited to eat since we had to wait for so long. We started to eat the burgers when one of us noticed that the bottom of the buns had mold on it. We inspected the rest and every bun had mold on it. What was scariest that one of the party is 7 months pregnant and we let the store know about it when we ordered.We went back to the restaurant and asked for the manager. No management was there and the only workers there stated that the only way to get refunded was through DoorDash. I told them they needed to inspect their bread because if it wasn’t found in just one burger.That same night and the following day 4 of us were feeling sick from the food.

The menu has such promise but the surf and turf burger was missing the sauce and the make your own burger which had an egg on it was so under cooked the egg whites were dripping out. Pics attached. Plus I had to wait for my food but my shake was ready. Luckily it was my shake. I was finished with it before my food was ready. I had the peanut butter shake it was great. Also so much more expensive on grub hub then in store prices. I get a dollar but my 13 dollar shake on grub hub was only 10 on the menu.

Since then I’ve ordered multiple times and every time the order is wrong in some way. The last time I received a completely different burger than what I ordered. I understand orders get mixed up, but when I called to explain what happen and asked if my husband can pick up the correct order they had an attitude about it. When my husband got there he again received an attitude as if we did something wrong. Most recently I ordered a Turkey burger (my usual) and it was missing avocado which is in the description. This isn’t the first time it was missing it. Again, I understand if a restaurant is out of something but when you’re paying $15 for a burger it would be nice if you were told that it will be missing something.
