Absolutely loved my bowl at The Bowl! The ingredients were super fresh and the portion size was bigger than I expected. The black rice had great texture, and the salmon + tuna tasted really clean and high quality. Great spot for a healthy and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I didn’t even get the chance to order because of how rude the cashier was. My 12-year-old son opened the beverage fridge to look at his options and was immediately scolded with, “Just pick the drink you want and don’t play with the fridge doors.” When I explained that he was simply reading the labels on the Japanese drinks to decide what he wanted, the cashier responded with, “The glass is see-through.”
There’s absolutely no need to talk to a customer—especially a child—in such a condescending way. We were just trying to decide on a drink, not “play” with anything. Needless to say, we left before ordering.
I can’t speak to the food because we didn’t get that far, but I would strongly encourage the owner to provide better hospitality training for their staff. People come here to enjoy themselves and spend their hard-earned money—not to be treated rudely before even placing an order.

Mediocre and not worth the drive: the milk tea flavor was chalky; the tapioca pearls were a strange light brown; and the pork buns were decent but plain, no garnish or cucumber or anything. Also strange to have a sit down restaurant with no bathroom, but at least the seating is nice.
