Employees tend to have an attitude or are obnoxious even especially when asked a question. One woman was snappy and got a little loud bc I asked a questions. Makes me uncomfortable so I just order my food and leave because they just stare and watch you as if you’re going to steal something. Not sure if they just keep having a bad day or what but it’s every time I’ve gone there (my job is a 5 min drive walk away).

My chicken cutlet was one of the worst, microwaved cutlet and it was still frozen inside and you can tell since no crisp at all. They also charged my omelette breakfast deal that includes toast and home fries and only gave the omelette. I should have realized when it only took them 4minutes to make everything. Service is horrible no care and quality is even worse.

They misheard my order then told me they are going to charge me extra for them forgetting to put bacon on my order. they were very rude they rolled their eyes at me several times because they don't pay attention when they make food and they don't like when somebody calls them out for it. very unprofessional and rude.

Without a doubt the best bagel store around. Big, always fresh, delicious bagels. The staff is friendly and always speedy. They are the best. The place is always clean and a pleasure to visit. I’m there everyday for great coffee and a bagel. Muffins are great too. Check it out. You’ll see what I’m talking about. Love Union bagel!!

Today I came in for the first time and I have been searching for fresh bagels, and they say they have hand roll bagels. I am happy I did comeWe had an everything bagel with scallops cream cheese and crispy beacon.Also a cinnamon raisin bagel with regular cream cheese.It was delicious.ConI wish they would have added more beacon they did put very littleProBagel taste fresh and really good.Beacon was perfectly crispyI would go again.I notice that they remember some of their customers and asked about their kids and had small conversations which means they do have a lot of returning customers.They also have different sandwich and other breakfast items, I didn’t order mines with egg because I do live 15 minutes away and I didn’t want it to get soggy.My total was 10.50

Just went here for the first time today with my fiancé. She got the ww flat whole wheat everything with veggie cream cheese and I got an egg bagel with jalapeño cheddar cream cheese and crispy bacon. The bacon was extra crispy always a plus and the amount in the bagel was perfect on both. Everything we both didn’t know we needed very delicious.
