Strike 2. Ordered chicken roll and another hero for pickup. When ugor there they showed me the chicken roll was burnt. Now...when u say burnt...it was black. To think that they actually would put it in a bag to give me and not think to make a new one. No, they asked me if I wanted it and told me they didn't have another one. Few days ago I ordered the Nicole salad without gorgonzola cheese. To substitute with mozzarella. They added the mozzarella with the gorgonzola. Awful. Lately, not sure if its new people working there but this might be my last time ordering from them. Quite disappointed.

My family has supported this restaurant for nearly 20 years — since my daughter was three years old (she’s now 22). We’ve consistently chosen this local pizzeria because we value the food and believe in supporting businesses in our own community.
Recently, I’ve had repeated issues with the same salad I’ve loved for years… this was the sixth time it arrived with slimy greens, even after requesting it fresh. When I brought it back, the owner was professional, showed me he had just opened a fresh package, and refunded me. I truly believe there was no malice intended and he handled it quickly.
What changed the experience for me was what happened as I was calmly leaving. An employee, who has worked there for many years and knows me as a long-time customer, gave me a dirty look.. I guess upset I request a refund…I honestly don’t know why he acted as he did but commenced to loudly dismissed me by repeatedly saying “bye” in front of other staff and customers. The conversation was not with him, and I was not being disrespectful. It felt unnecessary and humiliating.
I called back afterward, and the hostess confirmed she had told him to stop. The owner also stated he would address the situation. I appreciate that.
However, the interaction still left a very bad taste in my mouth. All I wanted was comfort food so I order from my local spot and break my challenge of not ordering out. And I leave upset and disappointed. I do not want anyone to lose their job, but I also do not feel comfortable having that individual involved in serving my food. After nearly two decades of loyalty, this experience has led me to decide I will no longer be returning. I wish them well.
I hope this feedback is taken as constructive and helps improve both quality control and professionalism moving forward.

My family and I love this restaurant! We have been coming here for years.The food is always delicious and the restaurant ambience is absolutely relaxing and familiar. This dish that I can not get tired of is Shrimp Oreganata is very good 😋 yummy. I recommend this restaurant 100% .

Ordered and waited 1-5 hrs my pizza never came. I called the store to inquire to see if the delivery driver was on the way and the woman answering the phone answered an immediately put the call on hold and never picked it back up.

Eating at Vincent's is like eating at home with family. The food is delicious, portions generous, and people welcoming. We always try the specials and they never disappoint. Definitely get the veal chop. And make sure to get a slice or pie from Rudy!

Went to this pizzeria yesterday and the service was nonexistent. We were completely brushed off the moment we walked in. I mentioned that I wanted to place an order and was told to go over to the cash register. When I did, the guy behind the counter ignored me and walked away to the kitchen without saying a word.
I decided to leave — I’m not spending my money where good service clearly isn’t a priority. Ended up giving my business to another local pizzeria that actually values its customers.

My wife and I come here with our children all the time when we go to the movie theater and today, my daughter‘s experience at this establishment she requested that I gave them five stars. She had to keep a word to the man behind the counter because he made her day.
