The new woman in night shifts sucks !!! Has a very nasty attitude !!rolling her eyes is just the tip, when asking questions she answers sarcastically … Clearly doesn’t like helping her customers. I’m actually tired of her taking our orders .. she’s unhappy please take her off the cash register

The food at White Castle is good. I would say the food has been consistent every time (mainly sliders). I recommend ordering because I witness people who weren't even trying to order hanging around a car they don't even own. Yes they, were trying to steal a car. It clearly says if you're not ording that they would be towed. This wasn't the first time this has happened. This place needs more patrol around this restaurant because that was irritiating to witness. Do not go in person if you don't need to, you will save yourself a lot of stress.

They shortened me a small fries ☹️ I live in Rockaway; so the drive to go back would be long, plus cold outside. Customer service is great, but the kitchen in the back just need to be extra careful, this isn’t the first time it happens
