I pre-ordered 2 dozen donuts and a box of hot cocoa to pick up this morning. I got there and was immediately given the food and drink I ordered. It was fresh and looked great! My students all said the hot cocoa was amazing!! Thank you Dunkin!

Girls taking drive-thru orders couldn’t show less enthusiasm (if you need a coffee then please drink one - if you don’t like working there then please don’t) At the pick-up window many don’t even speak ! My order is consistently 2 white creams with chocolate frosting/icing - 85% of the time they’re great. But then there are days when all you can taste is cooking oil , or they have awful blue icing, or they have only a tiny bit of cream 1/4 of the way through or there’s none at all - and then there are the mornings (like today) when they feel and taste like they were baked 2 days prior ! Seriously ? I went at 9:15 , later than most days but I would still expect fresh tasting donuts - which I did and they were not.

It's a very clean new location but it's definitely lacking. It always takes a while to be served and whenever I've went in I'm the only customer in there. I had several gift cards for DD so I went in a few times to get a dozen sorted donuts for my family. They were always just okay. I haven't been back since there was a huge hair on the top of one of the donuts and no one removed it from the case and it was served to me. Honestly don't know how they didn't see it since it was extremely noticeable. They did replace the donut, it just grossed me out.

This is the only dunking in NY state that claims they can't make a drink because they don't have strawberry puree.. hmm they had it last week. 🤨 That's bad enough but when I took the drink back in to get my money back because they just made it wrong instead of telling me they don't have strawberry? They were rude claiming they're both managers and know they don't have it... that's funny.. you did last week dear.. and the staff was friendlier

Almost $2 for a small semi ok donut.... Not a fan. Also you cant substitute something else besides coffee on their meal deals which is lame. Coffee is nasty, give us the choice to have something different.

I'd rather travel to a different dunkin . Why work there if u don't like the job? Just to make sure other people like me don't go there I'm sure . I would recommend skipping this dunkin u spend 30 dollars and they get upset about making your coffee the way you'd like it. No thanks lyons dunkin is cocky and rude and the remake of your coffee is just that. I go to newark
