The foods great when you actually get what you ordered. Ordered the buff mac and cheese with crispy chicken, for a second time, and again, i got regular mac and cheese and no chicken. Also paid for icing with my fried dough and didn’t get any.

Ordered Dinner for my wife and I at 7:20pm, I ordered a Winner Dinner, she ordered a Calzone. Got told the delivery was 45-1hr which was fine. Prepaid a generous tip considering we live 2 minutes drive time away from the shop. 1:20 went by and we called back, the person who responded claimed she had just gotten ahold of their driver. Close to 2 hours after original call we finally got our food. The food was cold and not enjoyable, overpriced as well. Ended up throwing away the dinner and our money that night. I’m sure it’s not always that bad but personally one of the worst customer experiences i’ve had

The food used to be amazing now it's tolerable and only pizza shop in lyons. But I do want to praise a young girl that works there. Forgot her name but she's always smiling and welcoming.giving a reason to come back. Now that's customer service ? ??.

Well first off I am super excited that you brought back the wings by the dozen! I do feel like the prices are a tad steep but "we are going into 2024, nothing is cheap" as a friend told me! The service is beyond awesome. The timing is quick and they are consistent which is a big deal to me. As mentioned above, they are super clean and organized. Gives you a good feeling knowing your food is fresh and maintained properly! Even though there isn't seating inside to wait, the staff will most likely keep you occupied and ask about your day!

We order from Pat’s Pizza every week. Even though there are 4 pizza shops closer to our house we always go to Lyons. The food is the best! The staff knows us by name. I don’t even have to remind them of my daughter’s allergies; they just know. They treat us like family. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: I have a daughter allergic to tomatoes. Pat’s makes a delicious garlic pizza and they always offer to cut it with a clean cutter.
Is it fancy? Nope. But for a small town, it's pretty dang good pizza. Haven't tried much else, but it's become our go-to pizza place.

First off not the best pizza I've had. The kitchen is super clean. Like I've worked in over 20 and this spot was clean clean. But I would definitely do specialty slices or pies. The normal pizza is just ehhhh.

We have had many excellent food deliveries & catering experiences, but definitely not today. We ordered from Pat's Pizzeria in Lyons. I ordered for 11:50 am, for our employees 12 o clock lunch break. At 12 I called & was told the food was done, when the driver gets back they will bring it. I said no, the employees lunches will be over. She said the manager will deliver it. She arrived about 12:15, with a horrible unapologetic attitude. She rudely said they don't accept business checks, which we have always done. When I ordered I said "we need whatever gives us 6 dozen wings" because different restaurants have different definitions of an "order". We received 36 wings, when we needed 72. What an awful experience.
