We frequent this place! They always have amazing food and fairly good customer service.... besides the rather unsanitary actions every now and then, like wiping the sanitary gloves on random surfaces such as her pants and the table top... But as far as the food, the Philly cheese steak never disappoints! I'd recommend it to anyone.

Waited 20 minutes for my pick up order while workers made eye contact multiple times and stood around talking eating the cookies. Then got home and order was completely wrong. Not hard to read a piece of paper and hand someone sandwiches that you done and sitting there.

On Friday 1/19/24 I came to subway in lyons ny at 8:50 pm to get subs as I'm pulling in lights are on as soon as I park to get out of my car the person working shut off all the lights and proceeded to close.
Staff is fantastic.. Food is fantastic . Parking lot is horrible which is out of the staffs control.
