There's no atmosphere in the drive thru. The lux boxes are a good deal and they're always good about tweaking them a little to please the customer. Not much of a chicken taco or burrito person, but they'll change it to beef. 👍

Me and my boyfriend come through this Taco Bell maybe once every two weeks. We would come a lot more if it weren’t for the fact that every single time we both get bowls, my stuff that I add to my specific bowl ends up in his, and the stuff he specifically picks to be in his ends up in mine. It’s incredibly frustrating as this happens all the time. I just don’t understand what is so hard about paying attention to the screen and putting the right stuff in the right bowls…

My wife made a mobile order they got it completely wrong and it was cold after calling to try to rectify the manager Sadie answer the phone with I don't want to talk to you either when I try to call back they hung up on me immediately I went to the store and confronted the manager and she admitted that she did say that and was the one that answered the phone her name was Sadie and she refused to make the order right considering that she is the store manager that is responsible for training these young individuals entering the job Force this is not the kind of role model you want training this new generation absolutely horrible and is not what you would expect from an older individual responsible for training these people and this is not the first time they have messed up orders and refused to fix them

I got no sauce for my tenders. I think spicy ranch comes with it as well as no mild sauce. Also, they forgot my bags of chips that come with cheese. Over all everything else was good.

They consistently screw up my cantina bowl orders. If I order extra meat and beans it doesn’t mean don’t give me lettuce and the rest of the veggies. employees there definitely could use some coaching on carelessness and how to read an order screen.

Was great until they got rid of all their combo boxes, went to get one today the only box they have is the classic box for $5. Only one in the area that doesn’t offer them. Now you have to spend at least $10 more to get same amount of food as other areas. Screams greed to me.

We love this taco bell we have tried the one in Newark(also newer) and they were not as quick or friendly! Food is always good when we have gone. Also have been giving free taco coupons for longer waits 😊
Stopped at a Taco Bell for the first time. Wait was a little long because they were busy, but really enjoyed the food. Will be back at Taco Bell again. Thanks!

Ordered a chicken cantina bowl. When we FINALLY got the order we were told they were out of rice. Rice is one of the main ingredients. The chicken was supposed to be in the bowl......it was in a separate bag🙄

I come 3 times a week. Today’s lemonade with lite ice tasted like water. The manager took a swig in medium cup-she said it’s fine. My last visit. My boyfriend would not drink the water I paid a lot for. Man that waited on me was kind.
