My husband and I frequent Troms for date night. We love the food and atmosphere. Service is great and always friendly.
The food itself was good. The service was inconsistent as I am not sure if the waitress was new. My glass had lip marks on it from someone previous, which the waitress gave me a new glass. There were cobwebs all over the windows when we were seated. Not sure if we will return again.
