Short staffing had to wait to order at the counter for over 20min 1 person taking & making orders at 9pm they perfer you to order on the monitor over the register. Monitor gets first preference while you stand & wait for the register to order over 15,20 min ordering on the monitor is not for everyone I order 10 nuggets got nine spoke about it & the young lady very loudly said hurry up & give me 1 nugget fast hurry hurry with an attitude this was Fri 3/10/23
I'm not a fan of these roadside rest stops I'm not exactly sure why. I think it has something to do with the fact that they feel so corporate so cookie cutter. as far as this particular McDonald's is concerned.... it's a McDonald's like any other
So, it's McDonald's. You know the food. No surprises there. But it is on the interstate, so it was verrry busy and service was slow. If I'm being completely fair, if they weren't getting hammered by lunch traffic, service would have been fine.
