I went 2 separate times while I was in Malone for a work trip, and it did not disappoint. The fries were so good since they are hand cut and made fresh. I got their steak frites an the steak was cooked well and it was flavorful. Their Sriracha bacon burger was big and worth the price.

Our first time dining at Donovans! We celebrated our 34th Anniversary and the birth of our 3rd grandchild! The waiter was absolutely wonderful! Service was great, timely! We had the grill shrimp for an appetizer, garden salad (which is more like a full salad!), I had filet mignon and my husband had prime rib! Both were cooked to perfect! Delicious, delicious meal! I highly refer this exceptionally, great restaurant! The service was prompt and curteous! The atmosphere was very relaxing! I so enjoyed my evening and experience there! 5 stars!

The steak was exceptional. The seafood linguini had nice large shrimp, scallops and crab meat. The sauce was delicious. Credits to the chef and wait staff. A perfect meal with delicious left overs for tomorrow.

This visit was an unusual one. We were seated quickly as usual and the atmosphere is definitely amazing. Today my issue comes from the specials menu. The waitresses or waiters always tell us what the specials are and the price, we had to inquire about the specials. The waitress today did not say a price and unknowingly we ordered the specials and the price for a surf and turf was $55 but definitely wasn’t tasty at all and the lobster was not worth the price. I don’t complain about food but this experience threw me way off because I’m used to things being different here so I was extremely disappointed in the service and the food today. I did speak to the waitress and ask her to make sure she says the price of things on the special menu like all of the other staff has done so each time we go. Definitely a different vibe today. Not a happy customer I literally ate only the soup and boxed the rest. Don’t know if I will go back not worth $128
