We went through the drive-thru, service was very good it was 6:30am right before all the teachers and morning people get there. I love that berry refresher and stuffed croissant appreciated how fast you go us out of there I had to catch a plane in Plattsburgh. Good job.

This is for a friend he gets a 4 things each for his coffee but he gets black coffee this is bad service for him in my
Staff is rarely friendly and usually much slower than other Dunkin locations. I've had 4+ min waits while no one else was in line. Seriously? I've worked at another Dunkin many years ago and I know what I ordered doesn't take that long.

Honestly the staff was really good for quite a while and then they had a major loss in help to the point that you weren't sure if you should be mad bc of the wait or feel bad for the workers. I guess it is management that is to blame for allowing it to get that bad. I am a regular dunkin lover and I will say that I think she is a supervisor maybe but she's been there a while and not one of the young lil teenagers there but I will have to say that she is probably the best employee there. Always kind and friendly even when she is 10 orders deep. Doesn't give you the eye roll when they forget your cold foam you actually paid for n send it back. She not only fixes it w a smile she apologizes and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Maybe I will get her name next time.
Parking: It's connected to a Mt. Mart store. So it's a quick gas station and get your am latte!
