The food was ok. When handing out our food he gave it to someone else. Then told us we had to wait again. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes and then he got upset cause we asked for fresh chicken since we waited 45 minutes. He refused to bring it to us and had another employee come out. I heard him say he wasn’t bringing it to us. Very crappy service. I didn’t mind waiting obviously I was still there.

I ordered a small order and it took them 20 minutes before my food was served, no apologies at all, the fountain drinks were not changed and were basically water, and there was a horrible smell coming from the drink machine. Awful experience.

If you don't mind starving and watching people work slower than a snail then this is the place for you. I've you have lives outside of standing in line then it's better then eating somewhere else. This place has gotten soooooo bad.
Malone KFC is so bad.. Potatoes are not mixed, chicken is greasy and biscuits are like dough

I won't lie. I'm a sucker for tacobell/KFC. So even if it's bad, it's good for me. But in this case, the restaurant was super clean and nice inside. They staff was fast and I didn't have any issues with my food. I can't complain.

We waited over 45 minutes fore the food we had ordered. A bucket of 16 peice of chicken meal. The to young Manger or Asst Manger had no one working on counter ordered food. They were ten orders back from the counter orders , They were working on the food being ordered from the take out window , to many people out on break at the same time . There was no organization in thier working, three different people handled the register .
