Ordered at the kiosk instore for carryout. Was given original instead of extra crispy Associate wouldn’t give me my drink cup at 1st When I got to my destination I discovered I wasn’t given silverware, honey, nNapkins, or a receipt.

Food is fine but they won’t ever give you condiments you ask for. Have to go back in and tell them and then they will say condiments are extra on the side… I never knew you had to pay for mayo… big lady working has a nasty attitude towards her subordinates blames them for her own sinking ship. It shouldn’t be this hard with 7- 8 people working in a small kitchen….

I ordered two nuggets meal and a famous bowl and had to go get the second order of nuggets and the worker was visibly aggravated cause I asked for my food and gave major unprofessional attitude back . The soda area is absolutely disgusting and u kept. The other worker that was working along side this said worker was also being very rude and unprofessional about not giving all the orders. . the level of customer service was horrible.

The food was ok. When handing out our food he gave it to someone else. Then told us we had to wait again. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes and then he got upset cause we asked for fresh chicken since we waited 45 minutes. He refused to bring it to us and had another employee come out. I heard him say he wasn’t bringing it to us. Very crappy service. I didn’t mind waiting obviously I was still there.
