Ordered a burger with no ketchup or onion. Ticket reads Only mustard, cheese, and pickles, which is fine, amounts to the same think as my order. However what I received was an absurd amount of ketchup, (as shown scraped off onto the box) no pickle and no mustard. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not meant to be good, just fast and cheap. It’s not even cheap anymore so at the very least couldn’t they read the order tickets?

I simply told her I did not need the drink carrier and handed it back to her only to have her say nothing, roll her eyes at me and gave me a look of disgust. You really should at least smile when you are serving the public and at least look somewhat like you care.

Food was good but the manager which I have came into contact a lot Brandy was rude and I saw her count the nuggets in the boxes and was touching them with her bare hands and called one of the cooks a “retard” other then that food was pretty good.

I always end up going late at night because I work late and sometimes after work I'll stop. Been messing up more lately last time I wanted BBQ sauce I got Buffalo. Whatever I can get over it I'll still eat it. Ordered double quarter pounder large fries 10 nuggets it was all on the board I PAID for everything didn't get the most expensive item that I ordered first. The burger. I was asked for the first time ever do u want a receipt. I said no got home noticed and it's too much of a hassle for me to go back or call so this is what I decided to do. Also my grandmother said last time she went it didn't taste right and I've seen from the drive-through they messed other people's orders up as well. I'm just not going to bother. I have more luck going to walmarts freezer section or stewarts it's cheaper anyway.

Understand very busy at time but stated our order 3 times.at drive through then when we got up to window they didn't have our order at all then we stated same order again big Mac meal no cheese no pickle got order and had no fries go back in with order and had to go back out to vehicle get receipt well no big Mac meal so wanted us to pay for fries and we left with same burge
and got fries but took extra 20 minutes usually don't have these issues but some these employees this shift need more training

Since they got a remodel, it almost seems like they forgot how to cook the food and deal with customers. The wait is always at least 10 minutes MINIMUM. KFC used to be the slowest food place in town before McDonald's got new furniture, now they are easily the worst.
