We go to pizza hut in malone at least once every 2 weeks ,tonight 10-04-25 was our worst experience. We had a simple quick thing 3 breadsticks 1 side salad and 1 chicken Caesar salad. 2 drinks , the breadsticks came out .no plates ,silverware, then came the side salad,again no silverware ,then came the Chicken Caesar, no silverware or drinks yet , had to ask duh ! the Caesar was lettuce ,chicken,croutons, and that was it ,"No Dressing " finally got silverware and drinks .Waitress Maggie needs to be more observant instead of being in lala land , won't be back for awhile

Got the New Yorker pizza thin sliced and we asked for pepperoni and it had so much pepperoni and it was cooked where the ends of the pepperoni was crisp very delicious

The Malone Pizza Hut seems to have stepped up their game.
Pizzas are delivered hot and fresh loaded with toppings. The cheesy bread sticks were delicious as well as the nacho fries.

The breadsticks were not right. They must have saw how they were light and seemed undercooked. I should have sent it back. I usually like the Malone pizza hut too just not last time.??

We always order for delivery so I don't know what the restaurant atmosphere is like. I can't remember a single order that I didn't have an issue with. Once we ordered wings with bleu cheese, they sent us icing instead. A couple times they charged us for dipping sauces and didn't include them in our order. Once or twice we got a pizza that wasn't cut all the way thru, or cut so unevenly that one sode had gigantic pieces and the other had tiny baby slices. Today we ordered a hand tossed pizza. We ended up with a thin floppy crust, but the crust around the edges was so big a puffy that it looked like a stuffed crust (it isnt). So whoever is making the pizzas is stretching the dough insanely thin in the middle and shoving all the dough to the outside. My first job was at a pizza place for 2 years, it is not difficult. Pay attention to the order and what you are doing during prep. Better yet, order from Something Different, or even Stewart's if you want a decent pizza.

This is very typical of your standard Pizza Hut restaurant I think the atmosphere might be a little nicer than most Services very nice food is the quality you expect. As with most establishments these days sometimes they can be shorthanded and very busy so length of time can be an issue occasionally but they do their best.

I LOVE pizza hut, for me there is nothing comparable! I've tried everything on the menu at least once ?. Friendly staff, meals come out in a timely manner and it's family friendly.
We have lunch there most of the time after shopping its quick delicious the (blonde) waitress is really sweet and thoughtful overall a great time !

Pizza is great the prices are way too high I remember pizza hut was a great inexpensive place to feed the family. Now it's as much as a steak dinner. The staff was awesome as was the manager when we asked about a food allergy. Just wish I could afford to eat there more often.
Vegetarian options: The salad bar is 6.99 and is very limited
