Overall slightly disappointed with our experience. The food is priced far too high for the quality. The service was friendly and our waitress was attentive. I spilled my $14 drink and was not offered a replacement. The restaurant is very narrow inside with limited space. I had higher expectations given all the positive reviews.

Let's start by saying this family run restaurant is an institution in Malone. I've heard from numerous friends how good this place was, and I finally made the trip. I was not disappointed. The service was stellar, my glass never went empty, and the plates were cleared the moment they were empty, and it was busy in there, so that's not an easy feat. They are a well-oiled machine when it comes to service.Secondly, the ambiance of this place was great. Dimly lit but not dark, bustling yet quiet enough to hear my date, and amazing pictures on the wall from local artists to capture the upstate NY feel. Even a picture of Benecio Del Toro with the family.Lastly, the food, oh the glorious good food. It was phenomenal. Servings were huge enough that one haddock dinner was enough for my date and I. We also shared an order of meatballs as an appetizer. Everything here was worth stopping if you love Italian food. I will be back for sure. Next time, I will be trying their Italian staples, so wait for that review.

Service was poor and rushed from the moment we walked in. Steak was overcooked and they tried to rush us out the door. If you want fine dining in Malone, go to donovans. Parking was pretty sweet, though.

Revisited this restaurant after not being in the area for a long time and was not disappointed. The staff treats their guests like they are family and do an excellent job to ensure you have a great meal. The food tasted fantastic, was portioned large, and came out quickly. The bartender made a chocolate martini in front of me that I did not try myself bur it looked fantastic. On top of that there are a few different beers on tap and plenty of different wines. I look forward to returning to try more dishes in the future.

I can’t say more great things about this place! Our server Emira was so nice and helpful, she recommended the Chicken Marsala which was amazing!!! The owners Mario and Sandy were so gracious and made sure we were satisfied with our dinner and drinks too. Thank you Riverside we will be back very soon!!

Fantastic food and service. I had the steak special upon recommendation from my waitress, Julie. Top notch. The bread and olive oll appetizer was really good too. I'll be back again. It's nice to find local places like this when I'm working out of town. I love supporting local restaurants.

I am currently sitting here, sipping my nicely made old fashioned. After I enjoyed my ribeye that was cooked to perfection. Exactly how I ordered it, which I feel like is rare these days. You can tell the owners love what they do and they enjoy their customers. They also have a decent selection of alcohol and a great selection of wines. Great atmosphere, great food, greats drinks, amazing service. Definitely recommend!
