So we ordered our food and after ordering our food a worker came out and said they couldn’t make our food because it was a couple minutes before closing but the order was already placed. Our friends already had their food and were told we all had to leave even though our friends hadn’t finished their food.

This is the second worst taco bell I've ever been to. The prices are the highest out of the nearest 10 around. Since it's connected to a different restaurant, the quality is not high; it never is when there are two restaurants locations like this. They also don't accept the use of the taco bell app. On top of all of that, they frequently mess up my order. Sometimes missing items, sometimes missing ingredients, sometimes putting meat on a vegetarian item. This would rank the worst I've been to if the one in Auburn, NY didn't exist.

We ordered the 12 piece chicken bucket . The biscuits thatcame with the meal were a little hard crusty, they were keeper in the hot box over two hour time limit. The chicken seasoning tasted good that night , but the next day the meat of the chicken tasted very salty . In which the chicken brined is a salt Brin or injection of salt water at the chicken factory . So it's not the restaurant falt it's the main company head corporation is.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell Malone NY. The quality has gone downhill and is nothing like it used to be. The tacos I ordered were seriously lacking in meat—it felt like I was just eating a shell filled with lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. To make matters worse, we specifically requested condiments on the side, and the portions were so tiny it was almost laughable.
The overall taste was disgusting and far from what I expected. It felt like no effort was put into the preparation. Taco Bell used to be a go-to spot for quick, satisfying meals, but after this experience, I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. Very disappointed.

I should've returned my order but didn't get my receipt, so I took the loss and will not ever return to this location. The chicken nuggets and French fries were Grose! They definitely were cooked in old grease and tasted disgusting. They were already cooked and not fresh. The whole building upon walking in made me sick to my stomach from the foul smell.

Taco Bell KFC in one place if you like either one these combo stops really work. I don't know why some people complain about either place I've never had a problem in 40 years with either franchise.
Vegetarian options: Beans tomatoes onions lettuce cheese dishes along with a variety of sauces served on wraps or shells or even as a dish with mix and match options available
Parking: Parking is not an issue unless they are super busy
Kid-friendliness: There are many kid options on the menu and atmosphere is friendly and fluent easy in easy out
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessibility is not a problem here I've never been to one where it is this franchise seems to have that covered well
The drive thru was down, went inside and placed a very basic order....2 chicken enchiladas, four orders after our number I had to go up and ask where our food was and the manager(I'm assuming) handed my receipt to an employee and said "get this done now". I appreciate her steadfastness, however it seemed very unorganized.
If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my food, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. I watched cars go through the drive-through that was 3/4 of the way to the road faster than I got my food. When we did finally get our food, it was cold. Last thing is that I ordered the big chicken sandwhich box and I got a regular sandwich with a regular fry....I double checked the receipt and that's what the cashier rang me up for when she clearly confirmed it was the box meal I wanted.
