There are cute hockey sticks as door handles. My girlfriend likes them. The place was clean, with a nice presentation of donuts to greet you. However, things fell apart from here. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two coffee drinks. This was difficult as the cashier did not know how to apply the mix and match sale for the sandwiches, and also needed help to add a flavor shot to one of the coffees. I gather that this is a combination of unintuitive software UI and insufficient training. I suspect this location is strapped for employees. The other employee announced that they are behind on their door dash order, yet we were the only ones at the establishment so nothing was holding them up. Again, inefficiency in processes and a lack of training and experience seems likely. It was not reassuring. We sat and waited for our food. The chair I was in was fine, but my girlfriend thought the bench was a little hard. We got one coffee, a Nutella ice cap, which I hear is their specialty. Shortly after two breakfast sandwiches followed. I have no complaints about these. They weren't anything amazing, but I didn't expect amazing for two for $6. No egg shells, if you were worried. My sugar free vanilla latte was absent. Several people had come and gone, some with their orders but some fed up with waiting for their order. Our food and my girlfriend's drink were finished. I went to the counter to check on my drink. It was forgotten. They started on it, but the person making it didn't know what a latte was so they asked me about it.I got the drink eventually, but couldn't taste the vanilla. My girlfriend couldn't either. I asked if it was forgotten. She assured me there were two shots in there. I stirred it, but to no avail. It wasn't particularly good but at least the coffee didn't taste burnt, which overall makes it a better experience than the last couple times I went to a Tim Hortons since my recent return to the north. I hope the workers aren't blamed for this because it's clear to me that there are fundamental issues with how the franchise is run, as I've had bad experiences at my last 4 TH stops.

20 minutes for 1 croissant sandwich. Yelled at by the girl who was "training" because the menu said it came with a medium drink, and when I pointed that out in confusion, I was wrong. Never coming to this location again. The absolute worst

Didn't get coffee. Bought a sub next door. It was the best. Will return again.

The coffee is I suppose zn acquired taste. Why someone would want to "get used to the flavor" is beyond me. Also it is 2 dollars to put air in your tire. Stewart's is exponentially better.

I tipped the server (mistake), and ordered coffee and a glazed donut. The coffee was good, she gave me a honey dipped donut and insisted it was the same as a glazed. The gentleman next to me, told her that there were glazed donuts in the case. She was a little snot, I should have said something. The donut was like sawdust. I wonder, how many other people she has pulled the same stunt on.?
