So aggravated, ordered a pickup chicken hibachi dinner on labor day and it was soo gross. The chicken was bland and rubbery. The rice was also so bland and the entire plate was the same pale color. Crab rangoons were good, ive eaten here a handful of times and usually enjoy it

We are a regular at Azuma, they have the best sushi on this side of Mohawk. Their hibachi dishes are great too! The place is very busy at dinner time, we usually come in a bit early around 5 on a weekday to get seated right away. Weekend? It's just to crowded, the place is POPULAR. My only complaint is that the dining room is dark and depressing. It's okay at dinnertime but during lunch I feel like I sit in a pit.

Went to Azuma for my daughters birthday based on her boyfriends recommendation. We made reservations, we were seated immediately when we arrived. We chose the hibachi which the food was excellent and our hibachi chef Jerry was also absolutely excellent. He was very fun and entertaining also great to talk to, he talked to me about his super sharp hibachi knives and talked to my 12 year old son about spinning the spatula around as part of the show. We have had I think every hibachi in the Saratoga and Ballston spa area and this is by far the best. Best food best staff and best atmosphere will for sure go back again. Forgot to mention my wife got the sushi and said it was absolutely incredible. Also the birthday special is a great deal!!!

Seven of us got there for an 8pm reservation. People who were holding up our table were there for over 2.5 hours. At 8:25, we got a free round of drinks. They were so good.
When the waitress came over for an appetizer order, we said we were ready to order dinner. My wife got the Spicy Tuna roll and Cucumber roll, and I got the Seaweed salad and Crazy Tune roll.
This was among some of the best sushi we've ever had. I will post other pictures of the other dishes.
Everyone had a great meal.
Note: The last three are all different hibachi orders that look the same.
Wait staff was great and friendly and got our dinner in decent time.
It's definitely a premier place and definitely a must try and make this your go-to place!!
