Went to Azuma for my daughters birthday based on her boyfriends recommendation. We made reservations, we were seated immediately when we arrived. We chose the hibachi which the food was excellent and our hibachi chef Jerry was also absolutely excellent. He was very fun and entertaining also great to talk to, he talked to me about his super sharp hibachi knives and talked to my 12 year old son about spinning the spatula around as part of the show. We have had I think every hibachi in the Saratoga and Ballston spa area and this is by far the best. Best food best staff and best atmosphere will for sure go back again. Forgot to mention my wife got the sushi and said it was absolutely incredible. Also the birthday special is a great deal!!!

Seven of us got there for an 8pm reservation. People who were holding up our table were there for over 2.5 hours. At 8:25, we got a free round of drinks. They were so good.
When the waitress came over for an appetizer order, we said we were ready to order dinner. My wife got the Spicy Tuna roll and Cucumber roll, and I got the Seaweed salad and Crazy Tune roll.
This was among some of the best sushi we've ever had. I will post other pictures of the other dishes.
Everyone had a great meal.
Note: The last three are all different hibachi orders that look the same.
Wait staff was great and friendly and got our dinner in decent time.
It's definitely a premier place and definitely a must try and make this your go-to place!!

I LOVE it here!! The food is always delicious whether you get take out or dine in. Their sushi is so fresh and tasty, and the hibachi tables are always a fun time. I've never had a bad experience or a bad meal so if you want a nice night out I highly recommend you check them out ?
Tall bald man with glasses at the front booth made sure that after years of being regulars we won’t be coming back and none of the people we know will be either. We have been coming here since the grand opening and could not even get basic human decency because we didn’t have a reservation. On a MONDAY NIGHT. We have come here for my partners birthday every year and he had the condescending audacity to tell us “well we are busy this time of year” as if my partners birthday changes.
At first he was super rude and condescending and confusing and we didn’t say anything, but then when I went back inside to ask for clarity he continued to treat me like I wasn’t even supposed to be there. I was tearing up while he talked to me like I was a child and I told him flat out “I’m sorry, I don’t know if you’re having a bad day but this is extremely uncomfortable the way you’re treating us right now when we’ve been regulars for years.” We couldn’t be sat at the empty hibachi table while waiting, we were “aloud to go stand by the aquarium” if we wanted but were not aloud to sit inside until “BOTH” our entire party was there and it was almost 40 minutes later.
I’ve never been treated so horribly by a restaurant and my partners birthday was ruined.
Mr. Fuji is making it right for us only 13 minutes away. Go there to be treated well and better food! I’m sure with all Azumas business they won’t worry about losing a person or two but after seeing my partners birthday night ruined I intend to make sure it’s more than 1 or 2 people who know how horrendous this service is.

Not a fan of the japanese version of Pad Thai. Way too many onions! I prefer scallions. Not enough egg. And way too peppery. For this particular entre, I'll have to return to my fave Thai restaurant.
Server was friendly but didn't return to ask how our meals were or to refill our beverages.
