I purposely drive to this location instead of the one near me. My order is always correct, ready when I arrive, and employees are always friendly and acknowledge me right when I walk in the door.

Ok. Here I go. As most of you have seen the advertisement on TV for Domino's Pizza. It shows beautiful pizzas with great toppings and stretchy cheese for 9.99 a pizza. We were so excited to order one. So we did. We actually got 2. We ordered 6 toppings on both. The TV commercial shows large toppings. Not the case. They were only little tiny pieces. We ordered extra sauce. We didn't get it. The cheese was pretty much non existent. Not the stretchy beautiful cheese that they show on TV. Totally false advertisement! Shame on Domino's! I know it was only 9.99, but they should not make things look one way on TV, and then another when you actually get it from the place. So disappointed! We will never go back!

They forgot part of my order and I had to come back, my food was cold and when I asked for a refund they gave me have back and I didn't even eat the food

I order for delivery to my hotel. Driver left it at another room because she didn't hear me when I told her the proper room. If she'd knocked maybe those occupants could've said it wasn't theirs. When I called the store, I was called a liar. Not very professional

What a SCAM. They auto add $4 to any coupon you try to use online. View screenshot to confirm. Very dishonest. There are many pizza places to replace Domino’s. I used them for convenience and familiarity. I will not order from a place that tries to hide extra charges and does not inform why. GET PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
Bought the 2 for 6.99 deal for a pizza party at my office, they came fresh and hot and on time, but they were found lacking.
The BBQ Chicken Thin Crust had a nice flavor and the crust was crispy and thin, but where was the chicken? I requested extra chicken and onions, and there was nary a nugget to be found! And what was the cut job on this? I've seen square cuts before, but not mini-triangles.
The Mushroom and Green Pepper NY Style was better, a nice flavor as well and cheesy, but again the toppings were so underwhelming! Oh they were better compared to the chicken on the BBQ, but a lot of bites I would find no veggies at all. Very sad.

I usually like this dominos, but they ripped me off today.
I ordered delivery, and the delivery driver dropped me off someone else's order. I understand these things happen, so I called them and explained and kindly asked to have the issue resolved, in which they agreed. Keep in mind, this other persons order was something I am not fond of, I offered it to my neighbors because I didn't want it.
Fast forward an hour later, I go outside to see 1/3 of what I ordered on my doorstep. When I called, the rep said that because I got contents from the other order, the GM told them not to fulfill my entire order. They left out what my fiance was going to have for dinner.
So I paid for someone else's order and got told to deal with it.
If im contacted by a store owner, I'd be happy to change this review.
