Went late one night after dropping campers off home. So an emotional day. The lady who served me, (I’m not sure her name, she had lovely dark hair and a cute blue flower ring) and she was so polite and lovely. She even gave me an extra donut which made my day a little brighter. Thank you :)

Love this location, The team member that goes by RED is awesome, hes upbeat, courteous and fun. He makes sure evey customer he comes in contact with leaves with a smile. I will drive out of my way just to go to this location for the service and atmosphere. Ive been in management for 20 plus years and its very rare ive come across an employee with the same level of customer service as him. Give this man the recognition he deserves if you havent so already. I was having a bad day and in just a few minutes he turned my day around. made a customer feel like an old friend. Kudos to Him and his fellow team members.

Went this morning to get some donuts and coffee for my team at work, there were about 10 of us waiting in the lobby for our drinks orders, Employees behind the counter were quite loudly having a heated argument about the number of people waiting and how each of them didn't need help. Another employee was trying to tell them to keep it down as we could all hear them, they didn't and it made for a very awkward wait to pick up our orders to the point that everyone who got theirs and left said good luck to the others waiting.

This is the worst run Dunkin I have ever experienced. As a frequent customer of Dunkin stores in CT, I have never experienced the outrageous wait times as I did at this Malta location this weekend. While the staff are pleasant, the disorganization and chaos is highly apparent. We waited over a half hour yesterday morning for one coffee and a box of munchkins. Today, thinking the drive through would be faster, we waited 25 minutes for one coffee, and were trapped in the line without any way to bail out! Absolute worst Dunkin experience I have ever encountered.

I gave this location a couple tries before posting in case I just visited on an off time but it appears I did not.
The first time I simply ordered a refresher off of the app with a little bit of ice. I waited behind one car for 10 minutes in the drive through before getting to the window. Once I got up there, I waited another four minutes for them to figure out my order. They kept handing me other peoples drinks, and I had to tell them twice that that was not my order.
Eventually, I saw my drink sitting on the counter behind them, and I said that that was mine. When the young girl handed it to me, there was absolutely no ice in it and it was room temperature. I told her that there was no ice and asked if I could have a cup of ice and she said that she would fix it and wanted the cup back, ignoring my request.
When I asked again if I could please just have ice, she made an audible scoff and rolled her eyes in front of me before eventually getting the cup of ice.
There seemed to be only two young female employees working and they did more time talking with one another than actually working and serving customers in a timely and respectful manner.
The second time I went, there were three male employees and two of them were moving as slow as molasses and only one of them seemed to care. They got my sandwich order wrong and I waited over 10 minutes for an app order. I watched people in the restaurant who ordered after me get their drinks and food and leave before mine was even ready. I tried to ask to make sure that they received my order and nobody even paid attention to me or asked if I needed anything until over ten minutes later.
They need to do a better job hiring workers who talk less and move a little bit faster. I don’t expect orders to be instant, especially if they are busy- but when there is one car in the drive-through and people are being served before me when my order has been sitting there for a long time I don’t feel like that is right. The whole idea of ordering on the app is so that it is ready when you get there and they had at least 15 minutes to prepare my order each time.

I'm not a fan of the coffee yet, but their breakfast food menu is worth the trip. It's broadened into offering gluten free choices. Omelet bites are my favorite.
I'll get around to the coffee, eventually. Overall a great choice for a quick / drive through kind of bite.

Does not check if anyone is waiting at the register. Twice I've waited to place an order with no one showing up until a minute or two later. When I got fed up and asked aloud to get my order taken, I was told to be patient. Would not recommend going here.

This morning, I placed an order online at 7:20 am, and went to store in couple minutes, I was told they cannot find my order.
I left at 7:37 am without getting my order after over 10 minutes waiting.
During the waiting time, I did try to show them my receipt, but didn't see anyone try to get and check my transaction in their system, all I feel is someone tried to convince me I did something wrong with my order (while they are doing millions of other things).
I have been visiting this store for past couple years, normally I really like it, but this visit gave me a really bad start of my morning.
