I'm not a fan of the coffee yet, but their breakfast food menu is worth the trip. It's broadened into offering gluten free choices. Omelet bites are my favorite. I'll get around to the coffee, eventually. Overall a great choice for a quick / drive through kind of bite.

Does not check if anyone is waiting at the register. Twice I've waited to place an order with no one showing up until a minute or two later. When I got fed up and asked aloud to get my order taken, I was told to be patient. Would not recommend going here.

This morning, I placed an order online at 7:20 am, and went to store in couple minutes, I was told they cannot find my order.
I left at 7:37 am without getting my order after over 10 minutes waiting.
During the waiting time, I did try to show them my receipt, but didn't see anyone try to get and check my transaction in their system, all I feel is someone tried to convince me I did something wrong with my order (while they are doing millions of other things).
I have been visiting this store for past couple years, normally I really like it, but this visit gave me a really bad start of my morning.

Asked for a bagel that was lightly toasted. It arrived burnt to a crisp. I definitely did not ask for it to be dark. So I drive back and tried to explain to the drive thru and the girl taking my order kept interrupting and talking over me, making me feel unheard. I tried speaking slower. Maybe there's some type of technical interference and she can't hear me right. Instead she just shouted over me that they knew what my order was and had me move forward. She was very grumpy and rude. Maybe she needs a snickers. Either way I hate this dunkin and she's a very unprofessional girl.

Manager screams at employees and yells at customers. She is very rude and disrespectful. All other employees at this location have been excellent. Very saddening to see management treat their team and customers this way.
Jackie who took our order was absolutely disgusting and rude from the beginning. We felt completely uncomfortable.

Middle aged older woman taking orders 9/8/2024 at 9:07 AM order #6959 has a nasty unpleasant attitude. She was so rude and so unpleasant I might not return. Hopefully the owners look into this. Could hear her commenting about the way I was leaning into the microphone to order saying “look at this” She couldn’t hear me ordering. Thought I was doing her a favour. Didn’t realise she’d not only be rude but comment about me to the entire staff on the head set. She really shouldn’t be working with the public. Makes this business look really bad.
