It is a sub shop. The menu is pretty basic, but the meat is sliced fresh. Everything else seems fresh. The service is usually pretty quick. All of the staff were very friendly. The place was pretty clean. The subs are really good and they have a good selection of sub sizes.

Luckily the food is good or I would have given one star. I'm all for a friendly work environment. However, when you have 15 people in line and online orders stacking up, the staff should really be more aware of focusing on the task at hand. My wife had pre-ordered online 10 minutes before I arrived, and continued to wait for an additional 50 minutes for my order to be completed. Luckily, I was paying attention to my order as they began placing one of my items in a different bag and I caught it in time. Customer service and promptness to be desired.

This jersey mikes is a well oiled machine! I walked in during a busy lunch hour and was out the door with my beautiful sub within minutes. The kind, attentive, young staff was hard at work and went out of their way to greet me upon walking in. They answered all of my questions and helped me select the best sub! Would recommend!!!

You can't go wrong with a Jersey Mike's sub. I tried em all, and my favorite has got to be the turkey club (turkey, ham, provolone, and apple wood smoked bacon). And don't forget to make it Mike's way.
