Get my order right about 50% of the time. It’s always the expensive stuff missing from my sandwich for some weird reason
Ordered a sandwhich for my lunch break it took 10 min past the scheduled pickup to be ready, the steak was dry and overcooked and staff didnt seem to care. I order from this location alot, I dont know if I will in the future.

I ordered a #9 club sub it clearly states turkey roast beef and bacon.... ordered it Mikes Way along with 2 other subs. The club sub was dry - not Mike's way as I asked and WITHOUT BACON! I contacted McKenzie - a supposed head of customer service. She emails me saying the sandwich standard include meat and cheese - everything else has to be specified.... OK, what is the point of advertising a sandwich with everything. YES McKenzie I did order correctly as my other 2 subs were correct, one with bacon.... SINCE WHEN IS BACON NOT CONSIDERED MEAT ANYWAY.... total turn off after not getting WHAT YOU PAID FOR..... the company image of being straight forward and charitable is a scam.....the fact is they don't give a damn. Pretty creepy McKenzie.

Apparently, it is wrong for you to order a sub and a tub that is the same price as a regular sub and ask if you could get bread on the side just a simple question that’s all I ordered it through the app and when I came in and they were working on my order The employee had a mental breakdown like a toddler and was freaking out Talking bad about me because I Asked for bread on the side he then proceeded to be so upset that he went and hit his vape

Hunter deserves a raise!!! From the minute we walked in the door and were greeted with a cheerful smile to the minute we left with a thankful goodbye, if he doesn't own and run that store he should!!! He's a wonderful manager to his whole team and they were also all hardworking, efficient and joyful following his lead!! We will be back, thanks to Hunter!! Ps food was delish as always!!

July 20th, 2025 around 1:10PM. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. The bathrooms especially were nasty. I noticed hair in the sink and stains all over the toilet, sinks and walls. The lobby was a wreck and staff looked lost. I watched the women who seemed to be in charge wipe a knife on her appron on back line after using it to slice someones sub. As someone who works as a crew member at an out of state I was disappointed. The employee on front line did not know how to do mikes way correctly and left my pickles with a tart flavor from the vinegar being added on top of the pickles. Very disappointing.

I didn’t actually eat in this restaurant. I planned to but when I went in the place was as dirty as I’ve ever seen any restaurant. I went to use the restroom and the same deal. The sink, toilet and floor hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and there was no soap in the men’s room. When I came out and looked at the meat case and saw the glass on the meat case filthy as well I said enough was enough and I walked out. Mud on the floors, filth around….no food establishment should be allowed to operate like this. You can rest assured if the areas we could see were that dirty the areas we couldn’t see I’m sure were disgusting.

All I can say is the people behind the counter all need a raise! We were probably 6 or 7th in line patiently waiting to order food and the people behind the counter were non-stop moving around like little busy bees. I don't think they could possibly move any faster with the amount of people they had behind the counter. It looked like they had a system and it was very much working for them all. This was my first time experiencing Jersey Mike's. The sub in the tub I got was okay. Unfortunately I think they forgot to put dressing on my salad. I also think they could have put more salad in the bowl since you're not really getting bread they should double the amount of salad

Last 3 times I have been here my subs have been lacking. Bad meat, hardly any bacon on a BLT and not a lot of lettuce and onions when you ask for it mikes way. Unfortunate that this is the only place I can get a gluten free sub.
This location is always awesome! Way better than the crappy Jersey Mike's in Clifton Park.

It’s Monday night and like 6 people are working. Waiting like 40 minutes for a pickup order because the employees are just STANDING there while the orders pile up. I’ve worked food service and I understand the rush, but these people weren’t even TRYING! One with some face tattoo literally just standing and staring at everyone. In a 30 minute period maybe 2 people got their orders🙄🙄🙄🙄. Absolutely NO sense of urgency. You would have less pile up if you weren’t just standing around!!!
