I was totally guilty of being the annoying person who put a sauce request in the special instructions- not only did they do it but they wrote a cute little note on the bag too telling me to enjoy. Same location wrote a nice Happy Bday message last summer to my girlfriend. Seriously the nicest staff ever ?

Service was quick but subs are expensive and a little limited in how they are filled. Large sub ended up near $20. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. Sub was ok, but I much prefer an Italian deli sub rather than here. I did like that they were very quick.

Best subs I have ever had will make them my number one place to go for
This had to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. First, to start off, the employee making the subs is yelling at a customer for telling him what they don't want on their sub. I then make it to my turn to see him brush the lettuce from the prep area back into the lettuce container. I then order my sub and he forgets to add an ingredient and he had already pushed it to the cutter/wrapper. I say please add Russian so he rips it back open and puts a huge glob of dressing from a packet onto my sub not even acknowledging me. Then my boyfriend orders and once again he isn't even able to tell him everything he wants before he pushes it to the wrapper. When we suggest he slows down in order to make the sandwiches correctly he responds back...goodbye!! I am all for quick service but when the quality of the product is severely impacted and the customer service is absolutely atrocious something should be changed. I have never had this kind of experience at other Jersey Mike locations. What a nightmare.

They make really good subs for a fast food place, and that's coming from someone who is serious about subs. I get either the #2 loaded up with pickles, jalapenos, banana peppers and pepper sread or the #17 cheesesteak with the addition of yellow mustard.This location is very convenient for someone traveling on the Northway: just get off at exit 14 and head east. Go quickly through a couple of roundabouts and exit toward the Starbucks on your left; veer right and you'll go past Starbucks and enter the main parking lot for the plaza, including Jersey Mike's storel

This Jersey Mike's is right off the Northway and convenient for travelers. Exit going east and proceed through a couple of roundabouts till you see a small strip mall on your left. Exit the roundabout headed for Starbucks but veer right instead, and it will bring you into the parking lot in front of Jersey Mike's.I always get one of two regular subs, the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite on a Parmesan roll with Mike's Way topping (oil, vinegar, oregano) and I customize it with dill pickles, pepper spread, jalapeños and banana peppers; makes for a very juicy, messy treat! Or, #17 Famous Philly with yellow mustard added as a special request.The quality is consistent and quite good for a fast food place, and I say that as someone who is serious about subs and lives in an area with lots of quality sub shops.

My mgr bought us lunch today for our meeting. I ordered a number four. I got half way through and thought, man they really skimped out on the meat. I looked at the piece in my hand then verified with the other half. Not a slice of meat in that whole sandwich. I was looking forward to that too.
