Ordered on line @ 3:50 for pick up at 4:30. I arrived at 4:28. Sat in line at the drive thru and after a few minutes they told me my order was not ready so to move my car as I was holding up the drive thru. I park my car out front with the agreement they would bring the order out to me. 5:00 and I'm still waiting so I call in to ask about my order. 10 minutes later they brought it out. No compensation. You'd think they'd throw in a free biscuit or something. Not sure what the point in ordering ahead is.

The food was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is they forgot my dipping sauce. Other than that everything was great!

On 12/24/24 I called ahead around 4:00 to confirm this locations hours. I was told they would be open until 6PM on Christmas Eve. I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 5:05PM to find the lights on the menu board and the exterior lights at the restaurant were off. No one responded at the drive thru speaker after waiting for several minutes. I got out of the car to confirm that this KFC was indeed scheduled to stay open until 6PM. I could see several employees still inside, but the doors were locked. During this time, several other cars arrived and then were forced to leave. Not a good start for a troubled location with supposedly new owners. I fully understand that everyone wants to go home to their families on Christmas Eve, so how about in the future you simply close that day so that your customers aren’t wasting time and fuel coming to a KFC during posted open hours to find a locked building. New owners, same problems. I suggest driving the extra 15 minutes up to the Wilton KFC since they seem to stay open during business hours. For this KFC, it’s fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Never again.The food and service is the worst ever.And the survey doesn't even ask drivethru which left me sitting,sitting sitting with Noone else in line.I decided to drive around the building and they were all outside smoking.I mean NEVER

NEVER COME HERE!! The dining area is NEVER open, even for pickup, and they take FOREVER to make food. I have waited more than thirty minutes to get my food and I saw at least 8 cars just leave after waiting. In that thirty minutes they filled 5 customers'orders. This is when the drive thru was the ONLY thing open. This place is a JOKE.
Hospitality Syracuse, why don't you actually fix the countless issues with this location instead of just replying to bad reviews. No one actually cares enough to respond to you with the issues they have because it's going to keep happening. Get this location under control.

KFC taste was the same but chicken was overcooked and server refused to sell me dark meat only. The 8 piece special on Tuesdays is a scam because it does not include any sides and when you add it only saves $3. Terrible attitude from the individual (girl) taking order in drive thru.
