this is literally a 5 star McDonald's...if you frequent McDonald's....greeter was actually nice and pleasant tone of voice...food right quick service

I stopped to order a quick order of small fries. After waiting well over 20 minutes, I asked manager for a refund. Got it without any apologies. Staff are incompetent. Cashier or manager should have just grabbed my fries !!!

This has got to be by far the worst McDonald's in the North country above albany. Or perhaps even in the state as far as I'm concerned. The worst part is it's in a good area so you would think it can't be that bad. And no I'm not one of those people that takes to the internet when he has one bad experience. I have had probably about 25 bad experiences at this McDonald's. My order has gotten screwed up so many times that I've gotten to know the managers over the past two years and I don't know why I keep going back. Today was the last straw. Today my wife went and because they can't keep up with the line at this particular McDonald's cuz it's very busy they have started in the last few weeks making the food and leaving it under the warming light so that they can expedite the drive-thru quicker. Which leads to nasty stale $30 meals that used to cost $6. I get it. Its fast food you get what you get. but the bottom line is they're charging an arm and a leg these days and they still can't even seem to get the order correct or make it fresh. So why go at all. If you find yourself in malta ny don't go here drive across the street to Taco Bell which isn't great either. Or stop or call in an order at one of the local great restaurants around here. This McDonald's needs to go under new ownership. It's also filthy inside.

Some of the worst service in a fast food place I’ve ever experienced. Ordered 2 filet of fish online and that’s it, came in 45 minutes later expecting it to be ready even a bit cold but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The point of the app is to not wait in the store so great job on that guys

Consistently the slowest mcdonald’s or any fast food restaurant i have EVER BEEN TO. i once placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving and waited an additional 30 minutes in the lobby for a mcflurry and a 10 peice. staff was unfriendly, which i don’t blame them having no staff and most likely being burnt out. just now, we ordered two burgers and a mcflurry and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, this time employee was straight foward and explained that the store was being run by 2 people on a saturday night. we asked if the food would be ready in a couple minutes and she said she couldn’t tell us and we left without food and i have wasted points. this store needs to be staffed, for the benefit of the employees and customers.
