Some of the worst service in a fast food place I’ve ever experienced. Ordered 2 filet of fish online and that’s it, came in 45 minutes later expecting it to be ready even a bit cold but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. The point of the app is to not wait in the store so great job on that guys

Consistently the slowest mcdonald’s or any fast food restaurant i have EVER BEEN TO. i once placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving and waited an additional 30 minutes in the lobby for a mcflurry and a 10 peice. staff was unfriendly, which i don’t blame them having no staff and most likely being burnt out. just now, we ordered two burgers and a mcflurry and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, this time employee was straight foward and explained that the store was being run by 2 people on a saturday night. we asked if the food would be ready in a couple minutes and she said she couldn’t tell us and we left without food and i have wasted points. this store needs to be staffed, for the benefit of the employees and customers.

I have never experienced that difficult and horrible experience at a McDonald’s.
I was waiting for just my ice coffee and while I was waiting the employees were looking like they were taking their sweet time talking and not doing much. After 15 mins I came up to the cash register so I can finally get someone out of the back. Not at one point was someone looking at the people ordering from inside.
Turns out that one of the employees tap out my order thinking they had already done it. So I had to show them proof of my purchase so I could finally get my coffee.
They really have to fix their customer service cause that was the worst I got.
Found hair in my food. Hashbrown was cold. When I called to report it lady didn't even offer a replacement. Will not go here again.

Placed a mobile order and was pulled up to the front door.
First a man cane out and tried to give me the wrong order. Then when I corrected him he tried to argue as the manager came our with my order behind him. I said see told ya that was wrong. He said something under his breath and went inside.
I check my bag and my 3 large fries are all so empty that I can dump 2 into the one and make a full large fry.
We pull back around and as for the fries. We receive them but hear them all in the back yelling and arguing about the fries like it's world War 3.
The qtr pounders weren't "hot off the grill" they were lukewarm at best as if staged in the warmer with the nuggets.
Place needs some serious help. For 5 dollars a large fry they should be FULL and the 10 dollar burgers should be HOT.

Update 10/30: I ordered my regular via the app today, two egg mcmuffins (/w B1G1 promo) and a large coke zero. Neither of my mcmuffins had ham on them, just egg and cheese. I'll go to a different McDonald's for awhile, as this one is officially busted.
I suppose the solid employees left, I could usually expect a quick pickup for my egg mcmuffins in the morning, but the drive through is always backed up and slow. Really sucks to see.
