The food was great, the atmosphere was Panera, the staff I saw was great. I’m just shaking my fists at the clouds because everything was automated. We didn’t see any staff until they handed us our food. Like I said the staff was great, diligent and kind.
Typical Panera - good food, friendly staff. Lots of tables (including some outside with umbrellas for shade) - way more tables than can be filled with occupants of the number of cars in the parking lot.
I was having some heartburn/indigestion in the parking lot, pacing and slightly heaving, and a young gentleman came out and gave me an ice water and some napkins. I am so grateful for this gesture. I didn't know how to show appreciation, so I will post this.
