I ordered a triple play burger last night. I asked for it to be cooked medium. It was so well done I could have used it as a hockey puck! Hard as a rock, no juice at all. I will never order a burger again.

This place has really gone to hell. I recently placed a takeout order and was universally disappointed by everything! Several of the mozzarella squares didn't even have cheese inside of them. Every white dipping sauce (e.g. blue cheese) or dressing (e.g., Caesar) tasted ikel mayo, The sweet potato fries had zero taste. It's shameful to charge what they do for this kind of quality.

This is a hit or miss place. Good wings and variety of sauces. Great TVs. Great alcohol. Other food is iffy. Probably depends on who's cooking. Also, change the truffle fries recipe back.
The Bartender was so nice. I really enjoyed my quesadilla and drink. I ordered takeout and it took a long time to come out

The service can be iffy, especially if you're waiting for takeout. We were getting food to go and we were told when we got there it wasn't ready, but it turns out it had been sitting behind the bar getting cold and soggy

This place has really gone downhill. 2 times in a row, they didn’t add the code I gave them when they closed out my orders so I didn’t get my points. This past weekend, I didn’t even get a copy of my receipt for take out. Was given my order and it only contained half of the order. Almost left without the rest if I hadn’t been standing there waiting for bleu cheese. Sad part is, they weren’t even busy! Used to be one of our go-to’s. Not anymore!
