It’s subway they aren’t as good as Jersey mikes but also not as expensive you get what you pay for I do miss the days of the 5$ foot longs

When it’s 96 the degrees outsides and you walk in subway for the 2nd time and it’s feels like a oven in there and I feel so bad for the workers this is a sad story smh I hope they can fix this soon I couldn’t even sit and and enjoy my food !!
If it wasn't for the two girls working there I would give this a negative review if possible. The hot oppressive conditions inside that store is inhumane. I was in the store for maybe 10 minutes placing my order and literally had sweat dripping off me it was so hot. I think the owner should look up the laws and regulations of OSHA because I am sure working in that type of condition is a violation and we will soon find out because they are the next people that I contact. To the employees at work there you are all unbelievable and do a great job and some of us customers care about your safety and welfare even though apparently your owner doesn't.
I've been buying the same sub from this shop for over 10 years. Sometimes the tomatoes were green. Sometimes they had no cucumbers. Once in a while the bread was stale, but the service was usually good. The last two times the MANAGEMENT has made me ANGRY! They've been making their GOOD employees work in 100 plus degree heat, with only a fan in the back room for cooling. There will be no customers sitting down to eat in that OVEN! full disclosure, I do not personally know ANYONE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT

The Air Conditioner in there has been broke for 3 weeks. Those poor girls behind the counter looked like they were heat stroked.
Fix the AC already.

every time I order here they never get the details of modifications right and recently I just ordered after awhile a sandwich, a churro and a soda through the delivery and did not receive two of my items. and when you call the store back nobody answers and it's hard to find a way to dispute this order

I ordered off the subway app, I ordered $31 worth of food from Subway I thought it was weird that the order didn't show up in my subway app under order history or I never got an email confirmation like most apps do I go into this Subway location in Malta New York with a level head I ask the person after I don't see my order on the shelf if they got an ordering for Kyle And she says all unfortunately don't I said oh I said I placed an order on the app but I never got confirmation for it and it charged my credit card I showed my bank statement immediately and the two workers inside said there was nothing they could do for me and I needed to call my bank after I asked them for them just to make me my food that I ordered to make me whole again they still refused to make the food and told me to call my bank I called my bank My bank said there's nothing they can do and it's on subway now my account reflects $31 and I have no food this is not the way to do business Subway you can't just charge people and not give them the service they paid for very very very very poor experience will never come back to Subway again and I'm out $31 I would like a refund

This place is awesome, however the new addition of the foot long pretzel, not so awesome, I ordered one, by the time I got home, ate half my sub & was going to eat the pretzel, it was ROCK HARD. Not going to order that again.... otherwise this is an excellent place, nice, clean & staff is excellent.?
