This was my third attempt going to this Taco Bell because it's conveniently located near my house. The first 2 times I just gave up because the wait was so long but this time I got stuck in the drive thru because someone came up behind me, took about 25 minutes for 4 cars, noone got more than 1 bag. Food was fine just always a crazy wait.
The SLOWEST Taco Bell ever. They always have like one or two people working and the lines always take a minimum of 20 minutes (on a good day)

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! There's other fast food options near, don't pick this!!!!!!! The line/waiting was the most ridiculous part. At 10pm it was 30 minutes in the drive-thru line that originally had 12 cars (a few bailed because of the wait). I sympathize with the workers, but shame on management because they clearly need more....

It's real bad. Don't bother. You can drive 15 minutes down the road and back to the next location and I guarantee it will be quicker than here.

When in to pick up a delivery last night. The order came in on my phone at 5:35 . Got there by 5:50 pm. It was 4 items. 3 off yhem were the same. Took them over 25 minutes to finally handed me the order. Had one guy who came right after me to place an order to eat in& he was waiting for more than 25 minutes or more. They had enough peoples working there but felt like thy were taking care of the drive thru more than delivery & peoples in line. The tables were all dirty. I was gonna ask for a cloth to wipe down the tables while waiting. This is nt the 1st time but kept my mouth shut but last night it was ridiculous. Hopefully they can speed it up.

Worst taco bell as far as taco bells go. Food won't be as you would hope if you are craving taco bell, they need to hire employees that will at least put the food together with some sort of standard.

Not going to waste my time, third visit, same issue as everyone else. Hire more people, or pay them more. And to one of the reviewers who stated there was no sense of urgency, I completely agree..
Oct 4th responding to the owner. Well I’m back and uh.. yeah nothings changed. But in fact it’s gotten worse!! I pulled up to the window because the guy had said they were temporarily closed??? Not even explaining the situation. I get greeted by someone who looked liked a manager and threw his hands up in the air and said “yo I just got hear bruh, everything is down” okay but I have a mobile order that’s already paid? “You gotta go back to the end of the line” 🤯 Tbh tear it down and turn it into a dog park…..
edit: the store never improved and even closed early tonight with no sign or notification that i could not pick up my order inside. i tried to pick up my order inside but the doors were locked before 9:30 when i arrived. very rude staff and a line of cars a mile long who never got service. this must be the worst taco bell ever and as others have mentioned in reviews they should fire all the staff and rehire managers and staff who do their job

Got here at 9:30. They were out of multiple items. They closed the lobby and did not complete my order. They did not include a few tacos I had ordered. Because the lobby was closed, I had to sit in a line of over 5 vehicles while the remainder of my food grew as cold as my resentment. Over 30 minutes I had to wait for them to make one singular taco. I've had a terrible day and I'm exhausted. The last thing I need is to be inconvenienced by incompetence.
I spoke too soon. It has now been over an hour and I have not received the food they initially forgot.
Oh. Now I am being told they just plain dont have any food. I want the entire staff replaced with people that have an active drive to do their jobs. Seriously. Fire every single person on the night crew who worked at 9:30pm on Saturday October 4th 2025.

They locked the lobby up a whole hr early which is crazy
The establishment was packed and seemed to be staffed by only 3 people at the time. Although the wait was longer than what most people would like to wait the staff were working double time and were very organized to get food out as fast as possible. This location could be 5 stars if the staffing was there, which the workers can not control.

Unhappy is an understatement. Let’s start with waiting behind 2 cars for nearly 15 minutes, both had one bag each, one also had a box. Ordered a medium drink but got a small, no big deal was charged for a small. Look at the pathetic excuse of a quesadilla I was given. It is essentially just a tortilla with one small portion of shredded cheese, no cheese sauce. 5.49 for this. Good thing I paid .80 for sour cream otherwise I’d just be eating a tortilla.

Dude with the broken glasses working drive-through took my order of 5 soft tacos and 1 nacho & cheese seriously. He didnt hold back with the mild sauce packets.

None of our food was right, no napkins in the bag never asked if we wanted sauce and it sounded like they were having a party in the kitchen. This is the fourth Taco Bell in our area we refuse to go to anymore. Step up your game and make your employees do their job especially for what you pay them
