I have never waited less than 15, usually closer to 30 minutes in this drive through. And that’s not to say the drive through is busy. I am here now for going on 30 minutes and there is only one car ahead of me. Took 10 minutes just to get someone to the speaker and I was the only one waiting to order. Food is horribly made for taking so long.

The absolute slowest Taco Bell ever! The average wait time can approach as many as 30 minutes. I saw one person get a refund for waiting about that long yesterday. I’m guessing the person who is the shift manager said “I’m closing the lobby and we are doing drive thru only and if they fire me I don’t care. “ Pretty much says it all.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our food in the drive though with no line in front of us. The worker had our food all bagged and ready to go but left it sitting there for over 10 minutes before deciding to give it to us. I also had to repeat my order several times to the employee before he understood what I was asking for.

This was my third attempt going to this Taco Bell because it's conveniently located near my house. The first 2 times I just gave up because the wait was so long but this time I got stuck in the drive thru because someone came up behind me, took about 25 minutes for 4 cars, noone got more than 1 bag. Food was fine just always a crazy wait.

The SLOWEST Taco Bell ever. They always have like one or two people working and the lines always take a minimum of 20 minutes (on a good day)

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! There's other fast food options near, don't pick this!!!!!!! The line/waiting was the most ridiculous part. At 10pm it was 30 minutes in the drive-thru line that originally had 12 cars (a few bailed because of the wait). I sympathize with the workers, but shame on management because they clearly need more....

It's real bad. Don't bother. You can drive 15 minutes down the road and back to the next location and I guarantee it will be quicker than here.

Nothing's changed
Still terrible. Watched someone wait an hour for their food.
Just awful all around.

When in to pick up a delivery last night. The order came in on my phone at 5:35 . Got there by 5:50 pm. It was 4 items. 3 off yhem were the same. Took them over 25 minutes to finally handed me the order. Had one guy who came right after me to place an order to eat in& he was waiting for more than 25 minutes or more. They had enough peoples working there but felt like thy were taking care of the drive thru more than delivery & peoples in line. The tables were all dirty. I was gonna ask for a cloth to wipe down the tables while waiting. This is nt the 1st time but kept my mouth shut but last night it was ridiculous. Hopefully they can speed it up.

Clean, efficient and friendly!! Last week I ordered a bunch of stuff and it came out HOT!! This is the only TB where my food comes out hot!!

Worst taco bell as far as taco bells go. Food won't be as you would hope if you are craving taco bell, they need to hire employees that will at least put the food together with some sort of standard.

Not going to waste my time, third visit, same issue as everyone else. Hire more people, or pay them more. And to one of the reviewers who stated there was no sense of urgency, I completely agree..

Oct 4th responding to the owner. Well I’m back and uh.. yeah nothings changed. But in fact it’s gotten worse!! I pulled up to the window because the guy had said they were temporarily closed??? Not even explaining the situation. I get greeted by someone who looked liked a manager and threw his hands up in the air and said “yo I just got hear bruh, everything is down” okay but I have a mobile order that’s already paid? “You gotta go back to the end of the line” 🤯 Tbh tear it down and turn it into a dog park…..
