With so many breweries popping up in the capital district and so many choices I still keep coming back to unified! Their beer is second to none with top notch ingredients and sours that would appeal to any beer or non beer drinker! The staff are the best and the owners are the nicest people I know! Be sure to catch their music acts and trivia nights on Thursdays!!! Keep it up guys!! ??

Great brewery and top notch experience. The staff are always welcoming and the atmosphere, beer and food never disappoint. So glad to have this nearby and just wish I had the time to visit more often!

Beer is good but it's not worth the $8-10 price point.

This place had a few nice features but was an overall big disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone that doesn’t have a friend working there.Con, there was no hostess. So when walking in, there is no way to understand their seating arrangements. You seat yourself. Once we went out and sat on the patio. It took a few minutes to realize there was no wait service out there. So the lack of service is not very friendly or customer oriented. There might have been a sign somewhere explaining all this, but I didn’t see one while coming into the restaurant. So the terrible service and lack of appreciation for the customer is a big con.Con, the food was not good. We tried the burgers and there was no flavor. The burger was so “not good” that at one point I overcame years of “catholic guilt” to “finish your food” and just left the half eaten failed fusion of ingredients on the plate. And the tater tots were not cooked enough. Also, they didn’t have a selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Limiting the customer base with lack of drink selection and poor menu items is not a great business model.Pro, I did like the jumbo pretzel and warm beer cheese.Pro, it was nice sitting outside even if there was no service. So, overall my impression was terrible. The food was not good, the service was not friendly, and the vibe was not inviting but “clicky”. Probably great if you knew someone that worked there.I would suggest a different restaurant.

Great place!Exactly what I want from a brewery. Good beer, good people, lots of dogs hanging out.

Great selection of beers and their revamped kitchen menu is amazing! A true hidden gem in Malta.

Location is a little weird but from there it just gets better. Nice indoor space with open air in the warmer months. Outdoor dog friendly seating area (though it's not covered and exposed to the rain/sun). Fortunately the day we went it stopped raining after we did a hike with the dogs and the bartender offered to set us up a table so we could bring the dogs out of the car. They do offer food and it seems like they might be experimenting a bit with the menu. Tacos were OK. Not bad, but considering we just ate very good authentic Mexican tacos in Clifton Park the day before it might be unfair to judge them. Great selection of beers and looking at the brewers (owners) it seems they have totally different taste and that is why there is such a high-quality offering of vastly different beers. The person I was with ordered opposite spectrum beers as me, so we got a good feel. They also have ciders which is great for your non beer drinking friends/family.
