I’m currently writing this as I have gotten food posion. I know it was this location because this is the only thing I have eaten today!

I ordered a bowl and the portions were very little. This was not my first time and my bowls are usually overcharged and i do not recommend this chipotle area.

Never order online again. They are so cheap, I paid for one chicken bowel total of $22 including everything, they gave half bowl only, there is barely chicken.

The young brown man who is always working rushes you along and gives such small portions. I think he is a manager or a lead. He is so rude compared to the other employees.

I hate when he takes over my bowl. The first person will give me a regular amount, and then this person will rush me and give me such small amounts for the second half of my bowl. It leads to uneven portions.

Just do yourself a favor and go to the Chipotle in Mineola. They have higher reviews for a reason. They don't give you small portions for your money.

I used to stop here on my way home from work, but I'm not going to this one anymore because this guy is so cheap. Do they take those beans and rice and guacamole out of your paycheck or something?

Saltiest food ever! Chipotle reduce the amount of salt in the food! It makes the food taste horrible. It’s not just this one it’s most of them .

The guy there was rude he was rushing ︎ ︎ ︎ and saying hurry up the lady in front and the person behind he was kind with and as well he did not give ︎ ︎ ︎ a lot of stuff on my bowl but other people got a lot so they have bad service and do not care

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION! I went and I caught the chef using his mouth to open a bottle that he needed to prepare food. Totally dismissing all food safety protocols and when I brought it to the attention of corporate they offered me a free drink. How insulting!!!!

I wish I could give it 0 stars, but I have to give it a one star. The service was TERRIBLE, the person who made our food was Jeannoel. He barely put chicken, bro just put the chicken in the bowl lil bru 💀💀, then he charged us 8 dollars for extra chicken?? Lowkey he barely put any chicken in the first place so we needed to ask him to put more. 0, I hope this guy gets fired.

the decline in quality here is astounding. portions were incredibly strange from workers - very little rice but tons of cheese for some reason? the rice was also inedibly salty for some reason when i came on sep 12 around noon. ruined my whole bowl. the flow of workers also made no sense at all. i am used to having two people in total take my order, one at the first station with meat/rice/beans and another at the second station with toppings. for some reason i had four different people taking the order instead, which seems both wildly inefficient and a waste of time for the workers. overall quite disappointing and quite a letdown. i will no longer be patronizing this branch

Store was very crowded. Good service. However, food was very cold, tortilla chips ? were stale and the large bag was very small for $8.19. Would not recommend the chips.
