Coffee ice cold. When I asked for microwave I got a flat no from grill guy. Asked cashier where there was another cafeteria, it was like pulling teeth. They were clearly annoyed because I dared asked about a microwave and then another cafeteria where coffee might be hot. This was today about 1pm. Heck they seemed annoyed when I came in so I'm guessing it's their personality. For me it's more about their attitude and how they answered me. I was here waiting on someone having a very serious surgery yet I could smile and be nice though I'm worried but this man and woman were just flat out rude. Plus it's an eating establishment I'm sure there was a microwave . This is an in hospital establishment, there should be kinder more positive people working her (actually everywhere!)

Spicy (aioli) tuna sandwich ? was great. Tuna salad on a Croissant not good (still frozen, bad/burnt/unrecognizable Croissant). Staff was friendly.

They sandwich was made very sloppy and there was barely any lettuce or tomatoes in it. I ordered the Extra bacon BLT. SMDH

It's exactly like any other Au Bon Pain. A lot of what they offer is pricey fast food.I'll eat lunch here every once in a while, but typically stick to the cafeteria on the first floor.

I placed an order with this restaurant on 10/20/21 for $17.05 and today 10/22/21 for $18.19 through the app, it denied my card saying my address was incorrect, after about 3 try, the store took my money out of my account but never sent any confirmation and the restaurant worker says they show no authorisation but do see the decline, I told him that it show the withdraw on my account and I can show him. He said there I nothing he can do, but send an email, now for the 2nd time in a row they've taken my money and gave me no food. I called his boss only to get a vm, what is going on? I need my money back or food!

I love au bon but it's very expensive. A small sandwich and drink will coat your $15,but definitely worth the splurge once in awhile. The hot sandwiches are delicious but nothing to write home about. This location is located inside the hospital and not really meant for outsiders unless visiting a patient. Some other reviews think this is the hospital food. It is not. The hospital cafeteria is located on the lower level. That is pretty decent as well but not open to visitors due to Covid.
