We sat down immediately with our open table reservation while others wait so that was a plus. My wife had the steak and I had the filet minion and scallop. both were cooked nicely. Well seasoned and tasty. Service was good. Good night out. I would recommend.
First the place is ran down really bad. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we were waiting for the bill. I would have left if I had noticed before hand. I wanted to puke after seeing all the moles and cracks over my table and throughout the restaurant. Who is the building inspector. Second the food, soup served cool to cold not hot at all. Main entree was little to none which in this case was a good thing, because the chicken was over cooked so very dry, steak the same, rice had little to nothing Asian in it, shrimp had a little order, veggies were good but cold.
Great going there at lunch time as much less noise and not nearly as crowded on weekdays. Lunch specials are good.
We go with our family often to Benihana for dinner as well as occasions like birthdays. I understand the price of food is high, but I have been disappointed in the portion size of the entrees the last few times I have eaten there. Last night I went with my daughter. I ordered Rocky's Choice and she ordered Hibachi Steak. The portion size of the steak was VERY SMALL, I would say 5 ounces. Plus the onions, zucchini and mushroom portion was approximately 1/4 cup total of vegetables. Good thing we ordered the chicken fried rice or we would have left the restaurant starving. The food taste is always consistent and the server we had was very attentive, but the price of each entree was high for the portion of food we got. I think this would be worth looking into as to not lose customers
We had the absolute worst waitress who forgot to bring my daughter's appetizer, did not acknowledge my husbands birthday, never came around to check on us after orders were put in. Place is run down and needs a major facelift. Dine at another hibachi restaurant in my opinion. So many to choose from..
I love this restaurant. The staff is very nice. Lots of good energy. Why isn't this restaurant updated? I brought this up with the old CEO as I know a lot of famous people come here. Influencers and even LL cool J. Fix your ceilings and walls. Very damaged from rain and also bar needs update.
We had a great time at Benihana. It was my birthday and our server accommodated for us to have my birthday cake! I'm thankful!! My family enjoyed and I loved it. Thanks Will be back soon 💕 Gessie Siamas
Wait extra 30 minutes to be seated on New Year Eve. It was a mess and some people waited even longer. They again overcooked my filet mignon. You have to remind them if you see them overcooking... we forgot this time.
A truly welcoming and highly recommended place. We made a reservation after seeing the Wagyu experience on OpenTable, and it absolutely lived up to our expectations. From the very beginning to the end of the meal, everything was perfectly timed and executed. Our server, Dalila, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She guided us through every course, drinks, and questions with exceptional attention and care. Her service was outstanding from start to finish and truly elevated the entire dining experience. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Benihana, for a wonderful evening.
We haven't been to Benihana in a while and were craving hibachi Japanese. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. We were seated and the server came to take our order, but there was no one else at the table yet. The delicious salad with ginger dressing, the mushroom broth soup... and the entertainment! Even though we were the only two at the table, we had a great chef. The shrimp, steak, veggies and fried rice were delicious! The ice cream and a photo.

It was quick the lively night at Benihana's. Glad we had reservations. Good service and good food.
The waitress kept pressuring us to order more/ more expensive entrees. The chef's don't do as many tricks as they used to. Felt more like just watching someone cook, instead of a show.

We love Benihana and are frequent diners. We went to celebrate a birthday on a Friday night (7:30 pm reservation) and it was literally a continuation of our day, as the majority of our party are in the education sector. Every single table around us was full of young children. This is obviously no fault of the restaurant but I feel that they could have sat us further away as there were other empty tables available. As for the staff, we saw our servers in the beginning of the night, twice for refills and at the end of the night. Looks like they are short staffed.
People come here for the experience. Regrettably my first experience here will be my last. Waitress not hospitable to say the least. Tepanyaki performer did an ok job but shockingly coughing the entire time grilling our food into his sleeves. Need to do something with the men's room unsanitary condition too.
