Benihana is a upbeat place to dine. The food is prepared fresh. The staff and servers are welcoming and the chefs entertaining. The premises is designed to accommodate small groups for birthdays and celebrations. Parking is easily accessible. We always enjoy dining here.
Our host was kind. She did bring our dirty forks which was a bad look but her great service made up for it. She also made a mistake with the bill and charged us for someone else's meal but she did apologize. She took our pictures at the end.
New owners, they nickel and dime you now. Service was totally off, they forgot things and the food was undercooked.
I was celebrating my 68 year old mother's birthday and requested not to be seated with children when I made the reservations. They sat us next to a table with twins then sat a family with a son and daughter at our table. Both kids had their own tablets playing loud.
Service was awful. Waitress did not understand what we were asking for. She rarely came by to refill drinks. We were served our first course and we didn't even have napkins or utensils. We were the only table in the place. It took over 40 minutes for the waitress to take our order. She even forgot about our birthday celebration, it was ridiculous.
Went there for dinner, the hostess sat us down in a table with kids. The kids had their parents in a different table lol can't make this up. Stand up and left right away and never going there again Huge L
This will be my last time going to Benihana. First they try to make you get the most expensive dish, the entertaining was so bad, they didn't do nothing, just the fire at the beginning and nothing else. At the end they were trying for us to give more tip than what is recommended in the bill and preferred in cash. I felt pressured at all time.
I’ve been coming to this Benihana location for more than 30 years. The food is always great! Weekends are not good — long waits and too many people. But go there during the week around 2 pm and it’s usually empty and you’ll enjoy it more.

The chef William messed up our meat temperature order giving us noodles we ordered even though we were the first to order even though he had the paper in front of him cooking the entire time. He disregarded us at the table and catered to the Caucasian family. We were not happy at all than we go to complain the young supervisor was trying to brush me off . And for. $250 bill they gave us a $20 comp for us to basically shut up. I've been to this location with my children for over 7years and 14years at the location on 56 street and 2 years at the two in Orlando. And this was the worst experience I've ever had.
Everything was so good also good service

The food is good. The restaurant just needs an update. The scenery is outdated. Modernized it just tad. But I like the service and especially the Hitachi menu. It was our anniversary and hubby was extremely satisfied!!
