There is a reason the rating is 3.7 and not 4.8. The worker there was so negative with attitude. I left cancelled my older. Good luck to dunkin donut franchise. It reflects the owner attitude toward the customers. The high ratings posted are most probably posted by people working there and the owner.

Please don’t go to this store, the service from here is horrible! I will give zero star if there is an option. The staff is so rude to the customer. However, the manager came over and blamed the customer instead. Can’t believe it! The owner of this store - if you wanted to continue doing the business, please improve and make changes. Everytime I order an iced coffee beverage from this location on Uber or Doordash etc, it ends up tasting horrible!!!! The packaging also is very messy -my drinks ends up half in the bag.

AVOID:Got a breakfast sandwich and a matcha.Mind you I get my drinks often and worked for the company.I can tell when the drink is done incorrectly before drinking it. So I kindly asked the woman work that morning if she could add one more scoop of matcha bc it had a watery look compared to its normal green. And she rudely said No you just need to shake it. 1st of all you are supposed to shake it and Second it was still light and she refused.RETRAIN your morning staff
