Went there this morning for breakfast for myself and daughter and the lady burnt my bagel and bacon, when I got to work and realized. I called and spoke to the manager and she didn’t even care, she just said she would refund me like it was a usual thing for them. She didn’t even care to resolved the problem by training the lady to do better. She just kept saying she would refund me. The principal is not the money lost it’s the fact that I don’t have breakfast and I would’ve had to drive all the way back there for a refund. They need to do better. I wish I could’ve post the picture I took of this burnt bagel twist and bacon, had to throw that shit in the garbage.

Don’t go to this store, the service is terrible! I will give minus star if there is an option. The staff is so rude to the customer. So the quality of the drink and food are also very poor. It's hard to believe that such a nice neighborhood would have this Dunkin’ with such bad quality and service.

Just wanted the owner to be a ware coz everyone is super nice in plandome rd. I come almost every day to buy small drink. Last tkme i was on 1.27.25 The young lady with the hijab not sure ethnicity...VERY RUDE. NOT NICE AT ALL I put the date on purpose so owner know schedule. it shouldn't be cold atmosphere and rudeness.

There is a reason the rating is 3.7 and not 4.8. The worker there was so negative with attitude. I left cancelled my older. Good luck to dunkin donut franchise. It reflects the owner attitude toward the customers. The high ratings posted are most probably posted by people working there and the owner.

Everytime I order an iced coffee beverage from this location on Uber or Doordash etc, it ends up tasting horrible!!!! The packaging also is very messy -my drinks ends up half in the bag.

AVOID:Got a breakfast sandwich and a matcha.Mind you I get my drinks often and worked for the company.I can tell when the drink is done incorrectly before drinking it. So I kindly asked the woman work that morning if she could add one more scoop of matcha bc it had a watery look compared to its normal green. And she rudely said No you just need to shake it. 1st of all you are supposed to shake it and Second it was still light and she refused.RETRAIN your morning staff
