So I kindly asked the woman work that morning if she could add one more scoop of matcha bc it had a watery look compared to its normal green. And she rudely said No you just need to shake it. 1st of all you are supposed to shake it and Second it was still light and she refused.RETRAIN your morning staff

Waited a long time to make an order as they had a bunch of pickups - makes sense. However - once we finally got to place an order (10 munchkins and a donut), she proceeded to ask the person after us and started making their order first while we stood waiting. She took another person’s order first before starting on ours. Unfortunate that our walking distance donut shop is so rude and seemed to prioritized caucasian customers first, but good to know we don’t need to return.

Consistently one of the worst locations on Long Island. Everything is overpriced, the manager is rude and frequently snaps at customers, orders are often left sitting out half made or even fully made far behind the counter for god knows how long until you remind them you ordered, and maybe 1/10 of the time they'll actually make the customizations they're charging you extra for. If you're not happy with your order the manager will fight with you and refuse to fix it or make a new one. Spend the time to drive to Port Washington or Northern Boulevard for a much better experience.
