For Five Coffee Manhasset

Decaf cappuccino was $6.50 and chocolate croissant was $6.95. Cappuccino was meh and in a tiny cup. Crumbly and hard. The croissant was not fresh. Overpriced and food quality poor. Nice chairs and couches and right next to train station.

I ordered a cappuccino and the price on the board was $4.50. When it came time to pay I was asked for $7.32, which didn't make sense. The server told me that prices went up but the board hadn't been changed yet. A cappuccino is now $6.00. The price I had to pay still didn't make sense, so the server printed out a receipt for me to see all the extra charges. Decaf was $.50. I have never been charged extra for decaf coffee anywhere. Next there was a 4% operational charge. What is that for??? I paid cash so it had nothing to do with that. I asked the server, but she had no explanation for it. Also, the drink was just okay, l've had much better
cappuccinos elsewhere. Needless to say, I will not be going back to For Five.

I missed my train so went inside for coffee and croissant in the morning. Cost $15.59 for large Americano w/ a splash of milk and plain croissant.

Cake was hard and stale. Manager only gave credit. No money back!!
In addition 2 coffees and 1 muffin and 1 slice of cake was $27!!!!!

Everyone works in here is so rude. Food is fine. Sugary pasteries. Eggs look ok. But otherwise service is terrible with a lot of attitude.

The food is pretty good, no complains there.
The guys that make the coffee are nice and friendly, the girls on the other hand are on the nasty side. Except for the latin american girl at the register.
We are spending our money there so a little respect towards the customers please....

The chicken on the Cobb salad was inedible. I asked for dairy free salad so they letting the cheese. But they used salad dressing that contained Dairy. They didn’t want to remake it.

The person taking my order was rolling their eyes at me, giving me dirty looks, wouldn’t stop staring at me and kept whispering to another worker about me the entire time I was in the place. Never have been more uncomfortable in my life

Rude and arrogant barista (the one w the accent) who ultimately screwed up my order. If you're gonna be rude at least be competent.

Expensive.
Pastries and baked goods are not that fresh nor anything special to warrant the high prices.
Coffee is mostly bitter. Cappuccino was luke warm.

To preface, I have never written a public review but people need to know how awful this place is. Everything is overpriced and tastes horrid. The coffee will leave a stench in your mouth unlike any other coffee I've had in my decades on this planet. This cafe is too packed with overbearing music that you can't hear other people over, causing all the customers to shout just to speak to each other. It was 40 degrees outside and they hadn't thought to turn the heat on either, thank goodness I had my jacket with me. I went there to study, bought some food, and after 2 hours they kicked me out because "I was taking up space". If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

This place is unnecessarily expensive. Also every time I come in here someone is eating behind the cash register so that's pretty off-putting

Delicious pastries, great spot, great service a little expensive.

Been there a few times, coffee was good but the service was horrible. It happened more than once when the staff greeted me asked me what I’d like to order, and before I could say a word they turned around and started chatting with another staff. Pretty weird experience.

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast. Food and coffee were both very good but pricey. Cost is a bit much to frequent often but a nice treat when you can spend the money.
