The attitude and tone of the blonde short-haired employee was very unkind. She acts very arrogant. She didn't respond properly and seemed annoyed when we asked a few questions about the menu, and even made us wait a long time for not making our order. I saw another customer leave, shaking his head at the thought of unkindness. The other staff at the counter was also not friendly, and they laughed, talked and offended the customers. However, the staff who served and cleaned the table was friendly. This cafe was initially pleasant because of the atmosphere, location and taste of the food, but we don't want to go back because of the staff!

Any one of the coffee/espresso options are excellent. I love their blueberry scones, but they are usually sold-out. Why can't they just plan for it and make more! I've gone to a few of their other locations, and the same, sold-out. Good selection of Cookies, but very sweet. Meals are excellent but somewhat pricey.

So the drinks and food are pretty good, but the blond soviet era sourpusses at the counter mess up the enjoyment of eating….smile a little and dont make your customers feel like they’re at the DMV.Spent $75 on 2 regular dishes and caffinated drinks, for what its worth; normally, I wouldnt feel sour but I do, cuz of the vip government experience. The server was pretty cool tho…she didnt snap at me for asking for hot sauce.
This place ain’t it if you actually enjoy coffee and aren’t fooled by the mature hipster aesthetic. The latte I got tastes like 15.5oz of foam/steamed milk and .5oz of espresso. I got a blueberry muffin as well that had me searching for blueberries and wondering why the center tastes like a corn muffin. The top was so hard and dry it was difficult to get even break a piece off. Criminal how much they charge for below mediocre coffee and food. I spent 15$(!!) to toss right into the garbage.

Was caught off guard by the Prices. $9.75 for a generic hazelnut ice latte with oatmilk and Spinach pie was $8 and barely had any filling. Nothing special about the products for the prices. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came in with my bicycle, and they were kind about letting me park it inside?? Very clean and large bathroom. The drip coffee was pretty good. I can’t speak on the food, but from looking at the menu it is quite expensive. Even beyond nyc prices at similar tiered fast casual coffee shops.

This has become one of my favorite cafes for a few years now. I recently went by to get my usual Freddo Cappuccino. I walked in and greeted the lady behind the register twice and I didn't receive a response. Very odd. (A customer walked in behind me and received the warmest welcome) All of the staff are typically very nice and helpful. I ordered a Freddo Cappuccino and it was not made correctly at all, I ordered a few times online and I thought the ice melted or something but I am now aware the drink is not being properly made. I rave to anyone who will listen about how amazing the Freddo Cappuccino is and lately I have been so disappointed. Please fix this issue. Everything else that comes out is this cafe is amazing 10/10!
